About the Job:-
· Responsible for group consolidation and review the books of some investment holding entities
· Perform consolidation
· Perform analysis on group’s results
· Liaise with subsidiaries finance team
· Review the accounting for a portfolio of investment holding companies
· Identify accounting issues, research and propose appropriate accounting treatment, including aligning of reporting requirements and financial reporting standards
· Liaise directly with the auditors during the year-end group audit and completing the audited consolidated financial statements; Follow up on audit findings
Requirements:
· Bachelor Degree in Accountancy, ACCA and equivalent, CPA/CA certified &/ other professional qualifications
· Min 4yrs above experience with prior hands on experience in consolidation and/or external audit from big group of companies/listed companies
· Strong knowledge in IFRS
· Detailed oriented, meticulous and possess strong interpersonal skills
