Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with product managers, engineers, vendors, and other stakeholders to drive successful project outcomes
• Monitor projects and programs to ensure adherence to scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards
• Guide and oversee multiple technical programs throughout their life cycle, ensuring they align with business objectives
• Effectively communicate program goals, objectives, and milestones to stakeholders
• Facilitate collaboration among technical teams, promoting a unified approach to program delivery
• Provide mentorship, coaching, and supervision to project teams

To succeed in this Technical Programme Manager role, you will require at least four years of experience in project and program management.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field or possess equivalent work experience
• Demonstrate proficiency in utilising AWS services, including CDN, WAF, API gateway, ECS, Lambda, and RDS
• Four years' project and programme management experience, including tracking and planning projects
• Four years' experience working with business stakeholders in a cross-functional matrix environment
• Exhibit expertise in SDLC methodologies, Agile, SCRUM, and SDLC/Waterfall
• Display strong leadership, diplomatic, and motivational skills to lead diverse business and technology teams
• Showcase creative and analytical problem-solving abilities in a collaborative environment
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
• Be self-motivated, decisive, and adaptable to changing demands
• Experience in planning, designing, developing, architecting, and implementing cloud solutions on the AWS platform is highly advantageous
• Proficiency with Mandarin/Chinese is required, as this role will be dealing with Mandarin speaking stakeholders

Job Description:

- Assist in the implementation and refinement of the APAC data privacy framework

- Assessing and developing our data protection approach and policies;

- Ensuring our compliance with worldwide data privacy laws;

- Ensuring the integration of privacy and data protection into company operational documents and procedures;

- Assist with the maintenance and refinement of the company’s record of processing activities;

- Assist with the implementation of the data record retention framework

- Advise on privacy matters, including completion of data privacy reviews and impact assessments

- Assist in the maintenance of privacy related policies, tools, and templates

Job Requirements:

- Completed Bachelor/Master degree (legal or business/economics degree preferred)

- Relevant experience (at least 3-5 years) at an international company, preferably in the consulting / financial services industry or at a law firm

- Fluent in English, German is a plus as need to liaise with HQ in Europe.

- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
