We’re looking for a Team Manager, Account Management to build a strong sales pipeline of our ideal target clients.

This role will report to the AVP, Greater China and sit out of our Singapore location.

Your role’s daily responsibilities will include:

• Take day to day management responsibility for a team of Account Managers
• Manage and coach the team to successfully retain and grow their book of business
• Responsible for all people processes including hiring and onboarding new Account Managers on their team
• Provide ongoing coaching and training to ensure positive growth and skill development
• Develop strong relationships with customers, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders
• Work closely with teams internally, including Data, Customer Support, Billing, Product & Legal teams to ensure customer success and drive retention and expansion initiatives
• Conduct regular analysis to understand the root cause of team performance and actions to accelerate growth
• Directly manage the relationship with accounts when required
• Develop and iterate upon the Account Management playbook, detailing strategies to engage, retain, and grow accounts
• Accurately forecast renewal, upsell and cross sell revenues across the book of business
• Other responsibilities as required by the business

Stakeholder and Communications Management

• Manage all aspects of project and program engagement from planning, external vendor relationships, communications, resources, budget, change, risks and issues
• Continually manage stakeholder expectations through governance processes
• Deliver appropriate and effective executive level communication
• Provide status reporting regarding milestones, deliverable, dependencies, communicating across GTO and business leadership and stakeholders

Process and Delivery Execution

• Manage a portfolio of complex initiatives that span one or multiple lines of business
• Own the full project life cycle end to end (Hybrid between Waterfall and Agile)
• Ensure the program is aligned to and supports strategic objectives
• Prepare detailed project plan for all phases of the project
• Manage the day-to-day project activities, including project management working and steering committees
• Understand interdependencies between technology, operations and business needs
• Monitor, track and control outcomes to resolve issues, conflicts, dependencies and critical path deliverables
• Ensure that projects and programs are proceeding according to scope, schedule, budget and quality standards

Skills/Requirement

Must have Skills:

• Banking experience in Retail products, Operations, Process and operating models
• Experience in leading and executing large Credit Cards project covering acquiring and issuing. Experience on loyalty and rewards is a plus. (over 10 years is preferred)
• Degree in an appropriate field of study or equivalent
• Project Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE II certification is a plus
• A confident and self-aware leader with a high degree of independence
• Demonstrated 5-10 years of experience in project management
• Full end to end project management in a lead role
• Executive level communication skills with excellent written and verbal communication
• Ability to multi-task and perform well under pressure
• Monitor, track and control outcomes to resolve issues, conflicts, dependencies and critical path deliverables

· Develop a comprehensive cutover plan detailing all migration activities.

· Coordinate with different teams to ensure alignment with project timelines.

· Risk Management:

Communication:

As a Client Service Account Manager in Payments, you will be responsible for managing key client relationships, acting as the regional escalation point ensuring all client service related tasks are completed promptly.

The Regional Client Service Account Manager (CSAM) is responsible for ensuring that JPMorgan Chase offers the highest standard of Client Service to assigned top-tier Corporate clients, acting as a primary point of contact for the bank’s APAC-based clients with Regional Treasury Centers located in Singapore. Job Responsibilities

• Become a primary point of contact for APAC regional clients for advice, complex enquiries, escalations, complaints, coordination of account maintenance; across a full suite of cash management and liquidity products

• Understand clients’ business to identify solutions on client issues, enhance client experience in partnership with Sales, Product, Implementations and Operations

• Deliver periodic Service Reviews, using data to understand and analyze client’s transactional activities, client enquiries and identifying opportunities for operational improvements and efficiencies.
