Job Requirements :

• Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying
• At least 15 years of relevant experience in quantity surveying, or commercial roles.
• Strong organizational skills including attention to detail and a systematic approach to work
• Excellent written, communication, and negotiation skills

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years’ experience of working experience of at least Head Chef (Catering Industry or Banqueting min >3,000 meals).
• Experience with Cook & Chill Cooking Methods and/or R&D experience would be an advantage.
