• Create customer assets, including a Joint Success Plan, to be leveraged by our sponsors, outlining progress with Workato mapped to their business initiatives, value, deployment plans, etc.

Requirements

Qualifications / Experience / Technical Skills

• Bachelor of Science or equivalent education
• 7+ years of professional experience in consulting, customer success, client relationship, or account management roles with a demonstrated track record of increasing adoption, revenue, and retention. Experience managing a portfolio of enterprise accounts, with account ARR ranging from ~$200k to multi-million ARR across the Forbes Global 2000 companies
• Prior experience in driving NRR growth within the customer base
• Track record of successfully navigating ambiguity, building consensus, fostering accountability, and working with urgency to deliver customer outcomes
• Strong written and oral presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage both business and technical stakeholders (from Developer to C-level)
• Confidence in serving multiple customer stakeholders and working to build communities of champions/advocates across large organizations
• Experience in Integration and/or business automation. Awareness of processes and roles in these domains would be a plus: People (HR), Finance, Marketing, Sales, and Post Sales Customer Organizations
• Preference will be given to candidates who:

1. Have prior experience as an Account Manager or CSM in hyper-growth horizontal SaaS/iPaaS companies preferred
2. Have prior experience in leading/driving/consulting in Digital Transformation initiatives
3. Can speak additional languages like Korean, Bahasa, Thai

The team partners with designers and technology to develop innovative solutions to enhance the client's experience with our digital payment platforms.

As a VP of Product Management for Payment Initiation, you will work with the Product team to define our online and bulk payment solutions; and identify solutions to influence our customers to adopt the latest payment formats as per industry standard.

Your key responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and compliance, to define, design and prioritize payment initiation features and requirements.
• Operate as a global key contact point for various country payment formats. Support client requests for format acceptance and work with the end to end payments team to ensure we are operational ready.
• Work with control functions to ensure that the product is compliant.
• Using a data driven approach, understand client behaviours and identify a solution to influence clients to adopt our latest digital payment solutions.
• Orchestrate the agile ceremonies together with Scrum Master to build an agile development and delivery environment.

Your skills and experience:

• 10 years of experience in payments, of which, at least 5 years in product management
• Experience required in analysis of multi-country payment requirements and regulatory frameworks
• Deep understanding of Agile methodologies and ceremonies with proven experience as Product Owner in managing complex product backlogs in global squads.
• Ability to articulate business value and trade offs of activities undertaken
• Ability to independently prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects concurrently
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Ability to operate in a non-process driven environment.
