Main purpose of the job  

The primary role of a Global Category Manager - Glass is to lead and implement procurement strategies, vision, and governance across the organization. This position heads the Procurement team, fostering unity across regions and promoting the sharing of best practices and knowledge. Alongside adhering to established governance, policies, and processes, the role involves protecting the company's assets and reputation through effective internal control systems, procedures, and legal compliance. The role is also responsible for driving sustainable procurement and procurement innovation strategies, as well as creating and implementing category strategies. Responsibilities include executing strategic sourcing plans to maximize business value, building and enhancing stakeholder relationships across all procurement activities, and managing supplier partnerships. Key Responsibilities:

• Reporting to the Regional General Manager for Fragrance, you will work closely with country managers, local brand managers & teams regionally to drive commercial strategies and key financial KPIs for the fragrance portfolio.

REVENUE MANAGEMENT STRAGEGY SUPPORT

• Support the Hotel Management and Director of Revenue Management to define the hotel strategy (in terms of business mix and pricing by season and type of day) for the future periods

REVENUE MANAGEMENT PERFOMANCE

• Analyze in detail the hotels results and performance (average rates, occupancy rates, RevPAR..). Survey the market and competitors in terms of performance (RevPAR Index, market penetration…), pricing and availability as a basis for future tactical decisions with the Hotel GM.

REVENUE FORCASTING

• Ensure an accurate and dynamic forecast for the future dates(by room and revenue by segment and day) based on the RM referenced systems recommendations and a daily monitoring of the data (portfolio, booking pick-up,events, calendar events)

PRICING, PLANNING & DISTRIBUTION OPTIMISATION

• Take daily decisions to optimise the hotel turnover. Decisions in terms of pricing, inventory management (RMLs open/close), group quotation, distribution channels... Ensure that these recommendations are implemented in reservation and reception, and that systems (PMS, CRS/TARS, RMS) are updated accordingly. 

REVPRO CULTURE

• Ensure that a “RevPRO culture” is spread in the hotel, through the animation of weekly yield meetings and regular coaching and training sessions for the hotel teams

The role 

You will be responsible for continuously delighting and exciting the LB community through our thoughtful assortment and superb merchandising strategy and implementation. Main responsibilities

• Drive and implement merchandising strategies that align with LB identity and DNA, target market, seasonal trends and sales forecasts

What we’re looking for: We are looking for a Senior Marketing Automation Manager, who will be responsible to manage and grow the capabilities and utilization of our Digital Marketing Automation platforms. Eg. Marketo, Litmus, Sitecore etc.

This role requires a technically savvy marketing automation professional, who will collaborate with Intuitive digital marketing channel experts, IT, region marketing, local marketing teams, sales operations, content/creative and customer support teams. Reporting to the Director of Marketing Operations, Asia,  the incumbent will lead business requirements, adoption, and strategic growth of marketing automation across Asia marketing and business teams focused on campaigns, web publishing, email design and deployment, lead scoring, real-time web personalization, behavior and trigger-based activities across the customer journey and alignment with sales effectiveness. The Senior Marketing Automation Manager will drive continuous improvement in marketing automation, A/B and multivariate testing, lead lifecycle optimization, adherence to all privacy policies, and the application of best practices in multi-channel digital automation campaigns.

Primary responsibilities include:

Campaign and Email Automation

• Design, deploy and optimize email campaigns, including email template setup, campaign setup, testing, scheduling, tracking, and measuring campaigns to drive short-term and long-term results
• Work closely with regional legal and regulatory teams to ensure all processes are compliant with country requirements
• Organize events such as tradeshows and webinars in Marketo, including email invitations, reminders, landing pages, and forms
• Integrate Asia specific automation between Marketo-SFDC-WeChat/Line/Kakao as applicable
• Working with our teams in the countries and globally to develop and execute marketing automation strategies within customer journeys, contact management, segmentation, and measurement of success.
• Leveraging data to continuously optimize and improve existing processes and suggest improvements and additions
• Develop automation platform data connections, API integrations, custom objects, and activity tracking as needed to support the countries.
• Develop business processes and governance model for managing Marketo including role definition, workspaces, partition, user rights, licenses, and program folder structures to best support a regionalized working model.

Website Publishing

• Define and execute the website strategy for Asia country websites by bringing them at parity with the US, understanding regional requirements and developing templates and a content roadmap alongside local countries
• Defining the web publishing process for Asia between global, regional and local stakeholders using Sitecore.
• Develop, maintain and publish web pages on internal sites (including country calendars, newsroom, thought leadership,etc.) using Sitecore and support the execution of publishing on external sites
• Integrate forms on website working closely with outbound web and marketing automation teams to ensure correct flow of data to customer relationship management (CRM) system
• Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement for marketing automation programs and integrations. Devise and support projects to integrate marketing technologies.
• Manage system enhancements/upgrades, troubleshoot system issues/bugs, and oversee deployment to the global Corporate and Region marketing teams.

Lead Lifecycle and Campaign, Web Analytics

• Collaborate with marketing, sales, operations, and enablement teams to guide the lead lifecycle process from a regional perspective in addition to aligning our campaign strategies, lead management, nurturing, routing, and scoring initiatives to ensure success in the regions.
• Advise marketing teams on best practices for content, audience segmentation, behavioral triggers, lead scoring, reporting, systems, and marketing tools to launch a successful program
• Report on and measure marketing initiatives through qualitative and quantitative analysis
• Partner with Brand & Creative teams (includes Web, Creative Design, Production and Social Media) to improve data quality, reporting, and segmentation strategies to optimize effectiveness of each channel in support of marketing objectives and program results.

The Visa Digital Enablement Platform Product is responsible for the enabling wide range of visa’s value-added services through various digital channels (Mobile App, Web App, SDK, APIs), to help accelerate the digital adoption for Visa Clients globally. What a Sr. Manager, Digital Enablement Platform at Visa:

The Sr. Manager, Digital Enablement platform is responsible for the global product requirement definition, execution, and client enablement of numerous digital initiatives. This role will contribute to the product development of multiple digital products with primary focus on Visa Loyalty Platform and Visa’s Campaign Solutions. 

Reporting to the Director, Digital Enablement Platform in NA, the Sr. Manager, will manage the global product development of a various Digital Enablement and Loyalty Solution and backlog of multiple scrum teams located in Singapore and various team across the globe.
