Qualifications : Degree in Civil Engineering

Experience : At least 15 years working experience in relevant projects.

Specific skills/abilities :Adequate technical expertise, good interpersonal and communication skills, effective management of project to achieve schedule and budgeted targets.

• Manage and oversee the day-to-day management of the project.
• Conceptualise all development design requirements and formulate design briefs to ensure that there are aligned with the Company’s development strategy.
• Oversee design quality and progress of design concepts and design staff team at all levels

• Estimation, establishing the budget and on-going project cost monitoring.
• Liaise with authorities, consultants, clients, managements, subcontractors and any other related to projects.

• Ensure site works are perform on time, within budget and in compliance with all necessary standards, code of practice and safety regulations.

• Responsive with frequent updates to project team and client.

• To support the Head of Sustainable Urban Renewal Solutions in curating and aggregating a suite of commercial smart building and building sustainability solutions for Keppel REIT assets, managed by Keppel Real Estate Division.
• Identify, evaluate and develop strong local relationships with network of smart building and building sustainability solutions suppliers.
• Work closely with the Project Management Lead and suppliers / partners, to oversee and coordinate the implementation and deployment of smart building and building sustainability solutions within commercial assets under management.
• To ensure deployment are completed on time, on budget and within specifications.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop customer insights and build new smart building and building sustainability solutions, focused on enhanced asset valuation and Net Operating Income.
• Together with Property Management Lead to integrate smart building solutions within building operation processes and set-up.
• Oversee and/or undertake corporate sustainability work.

Job Requirements

• Team player and self-starter, who takes initiative and excels with minimal supervision.
• Good networking skills to build and maintain strong market relationships and be able to connect with stakeholders of all seniorities.
• Knowledge on commercial building technical systems and operations.
• At least 15 years of working experience in real estate sustainability. Prior experience with commercial property management and/or project management would be advantageous.
• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Engineering or Real Estate required, Master's Degree preferred.
