Purpose of Job / Job Summary
Overall responsible for effective implementation and successful completion of construction projects within schedule, cost, and quality.
Key Responsibilities/Duties
- Supervision and management of the project team to complete works within budget and within the time frame, in accordance with company plans, standards and specification.
- Oversee project operation from conception, to completion including handover to clients.
- Manage communications and negotiations with client, architects, engineers and contractors throughout design, development and construction.
- Identify, evaluate and leading projects team to resolve site issues.
- Set and adjust priorities to meet the Company’s strategic plans, goals and drive the project forward pro-actively.
- Provide regular updates, reports, recommendations and analysis to Management standards.
- Perform other ad hoc tasks as assigned by immediate supervisor.
Qualifications : Degree in Civil Engineering
Experience : At least 15 years working experience in relevant projects.
Specific skills/abilities :Adequate technical expertise, good interpersonal and communication skills, effective management of project to achieve schedule and budgeted targets.
