Assistant Outlet Manager
Duties and Responsibilities
· Oversee and perform the daily operations of the outlet for efficient operations
· Work closely with the Area Manager on strategic business planning and operations
· Develop cost-effective operational plan to achieve the outlet’s goals
· Discuss ideas with the Area Manager to achieve sales targets, assist Area Manager with the implementation of ideas and motivate outlet staff to achieve sales target
· Ensure outlet compliance to all company and authority regulations including but not limited to hygiene, cleanliness and workplace safety guidelines
· Ensure outlet compliance to Company’s regulations such as sales reporting, cash management, marketing displays and inventory controls
· Train and retain outlet staff, provide feedback to the Area Manager on work performance and disciplinary issues
· Monitor outlet staff and advise on disciplinary problems such as tardiness and non-adherence to the company’s standards
· Assist the Area Manager with recruitment and scheduling
· Manage inventory levels and train staff with regard to ordering
· Ensure good and prompt service to satisfy customers' needs
· Represent the company to address customer’s complaints and feedback professionally in-store
· Assist the Area Manager with regard to maintenance issues for respective outlets
· Analyse and resolve problems in a timely and accurate manner
· Develop a positive, efficient and cooperative working environment
· Other ad-hoc duties when required
