• The Director Environmental, Social, Governance and Reputational (“ESGR”) and Net Zero (“NZ”) Client Risk Management role is to help manage ESGR (including Climate) risks with a focus on outbound, environmental and social non-financial risks. • The Director ESGR & NZ Client Risk Management, CIB will be responsible for the following:

Leading on review and challenge of Reputational Risk and E&S matters and to ensure financial services (including advisory services) are carried out in compliance with the Bank’s referenced environmental and social standards (including the Equator Principles) and this is captured accurately as part of the bank’s ESGR risk assessments. What this job involves:

Service Delivery

• Comply with all requirements of the contract and meet or exceed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Drive a service excellence culture within the delivery and operational management teams. Create an environment within the team that drives continuous improvement and innovation.
• Ensure the processes and procedures within the account (be they client or JLL owned) are monitored and updated as per the Master Services Agreement (MSA)

Ideal Experience
