About the Team | Manager

This role is part of a dynamic team in the Asia Pacific region, reporting directly to the Marketing Manager and working in close collaboration with the Senior Pricing Manager. The position works within a matrix structure with diverse contacts, including AP Marketing, Pricing, and Product Management teams, as well as key global stakeholders. About the Job

As a Senior Marketing Specialist, you will be central to driving pricing strategies and implementing marketing initiatives for the product group. Your role includes leading pricing and profitability efforts, managing margin optimization, and collaborating with regional teams to align pricing with strategic goals. You’ll also serve as a key contact for margin analysis, supporting the quotation process and delivering business insights to inform pricing decisions. Additionally, you’ll develop marketing plans, conduct competitive analysis, and oversee product portfolios to ensure customer satisfaction and business continuity, including CAPs maintenance and new product launches.

Skills and Experience Required

To excel in this position, you should have:

• A degree in marketing, business, or a science-related field.
• 10 years of experience in marketing with a strong focus on pricing or finance roles, ideally within an MNC.
• Strong understanding of cost elements, profitability drivers, and a pricing-oriented business acumen.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to present business cases to stakeholders.

What you'll be doing

• Develop 3D designs and models for a variety of projects for events and exhibitions
• Collaborate and translate client requirements into detailed 3D visualizations
• Conceptual thinking and a keen sense of aesthetics
• Execute ideas from initialisation to production stage
• Utilize 3D software and tools to create photorealistic renderings and animations
• Present designs to clients and incorporate their feedback to refine the final product

What we're looking for

• Degree or equivalent in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field
• 5 years' experience in 3D modelling/rendering in events industry
• Proficient in using 3D design software such as sketchup, 3D Max, or Cinema 4D
• Candidate with 2D graphic design capabilities would be preferred
• Basic skills in video editing would also be advantages
• Proficient in using Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere
• Strong understanding of 3D modelling, texturing and lightinging techniques.

The Role

A Key Account Manager is the liaison officer between Intrepid, its clients, and the platforms the client is selling on. He/She oversees the Intrepid-client relationship, determines opportunities, and identifies process improvements to grow their online sales revenue and to ensure Intrepid delivers the service level agreement.
