Responsibilities:
· Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of clinic
· Management of daily operations amongst internal teams
· Management and supervision of front counter staff
· Provide guidance of front counter staff
· Ensure timely submission of reports and claims
· Highlight any potential/issues to the Clinic Manager promptly
· Establish and review SOP and workflow for efficiency
· Ensure alignment between Clinic and Parkway Shenton’s objectives
· Handle feedbacks and complaints and update to the Clinic Manager and lead Doctor accordingly
· Assist in preparation of reports and provide administrative support to clinical stakeholders
· Manage external vendors in delivery of services
· Oversee and front engagement with external stakeholders
· Organise and facilitate operational and strategic meetings with internal stakeholders
· Structure and drive Parkway Shenton’s initiatives to achieve Clinic and Organisation’s objective
· Support Parkway Shenton HQ Ops projects for alignment with other clinics and business units
· Drive patient load and revenue for the Clinic
Requirements:
· At least 3 year of experience in Operations/Healthcare
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Application for reports and preparation of presentation slides
· Interpersonal skills to engage stakeholders of different levels
· Team player to support management and reportees
Work Schedule (44-hour Workweek):
Monday to Thursday: 8.00am to 5.00pm
Friday: 8.00am to 4.30am
Saturday: 8.00am to 12.30pm
