Our client is an investment firm focusing on infrastructure projects across Asia. For this role, you are part of the portfolio Management team and report to the Head of Finance.

For this portfolio mgt finance manager role, you are part of the finance team and will work closely with the investment team and play a gate keeping function on the following key areas:

Valuation

1. Lead the fair valuation of portfolio projects based on relevant guidelines
2. Review the business assumption inputs used by the investment team in discounted cashflow (DCF) valuation models in accordance with valuation guidelines, including determining/updating the appropriate discount rate / WACC / risk premiums to be used for different sectors/countries;
3. Provide support to Finance Managers in charge of subsidiaries and group accounts to provide necessary project fair valuation analysis and assessment on a quarterly basis or as and when required in preparing group consolidation, financial statements and annual filings for the firm and its subsidiaries.

Due Diligence

1. Provide due diligence (DD) support to Business Development team especially on Financial DD and Tax DD.
2. Support the BD/investment team in the investment process by reviewing financial information available in both early-stage investments (e.g. financial analysis of partners’ balance sheet) or mid/late- stage investments with available deal dataroom to formulate a financial risk assessment.

Ǫualifications & Experience

• CPA with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or other relevant field from a reputable university;
• 7 to 13 years of total experience including prior Big 4 transaction advisory/valuation experience.

As a Horticulture Live Seller, you will be responsible for engaging with customers through live selling sessions, showcasing our wide range of plants, fertilizers and sharing expert advice on plant care and gardening.

• Conduct live selling sessions on various platforms to promote and sell our horticultural products.
• Provide detailed information about plant species, care instructions, and gardening tips.
• Engage with customers, answer their queries, and offer personalized recommendations.
• Maintain a visually appealing and organized display of plants, fertilizers during live sessions.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop engaging content for live selling.
• Track sales performance and customer feedback to continuously improve the live selling experience.
