• At least 6 to 8 years of experience as a Financial Analyst in Banking and Financial industry;
• Exposure and knowledge of financial processes, governance, risks and controls;
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel;
• A solid understanding of control processes and a curious mindset;
• Strong stakeholder and team management skills;
• Excellent communication and written skills.

Desirable Skill(s)

• FPA or CFA certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist in driving process enhancements and advancing the change agenda within the Technology Finance team;
• Involved as a key stakeholder in helping drive the transformation of Finance Technology business processes;
• Involved in comprehensive financial performance reports and provide meaningful insights to support business performance tracking and facilitate strategic and operational decision-making;
• Develop and deliver materials for monthly review meetings with senior Platform stakeholders and Finance Leads;
• Coordinate and prepare the quarterly Business Review in collaboration with the COO;
• Execute month-end close processes to ensure financial accuracy and completeness;
• Collaborate with regional teams to review monthly financial performance, investigate variances, and identify potential business risks and opportunities;
• Take ownership of delivering accurate and timely Regional Reporting data sets and reports, ensuring adaptability to evolving processes and stakeholder needs;
• Create cohesive presentations for internal and external forums, requiring collaboration and teamwork across business and functional units;
• Contribute to cross-functional projects to advance the strategic agenda;
• Actively engage in sharing knowledge and adopting best practices across teams;
• Prepare and conduct in-depth analysis for the Technology Budget 2025 review.
