Objective: Assist in the deployment and integration of Tunity’s tracking and trace solutions across customer platforms, including on-site RFID tagging services.
This is a 6-month temporary position, with the possibility of becoming permanent based on satisfactory performance.
Key Responsibilities:
· Perform on-site RFID tagging of customer assets to prepare for system setup, ensuring accurate and effective tagging in line with project requirements.
· Support the configuration and installation of Tunity’s systems.
· Troubleshoot and resolve basic technical issues during deployment.
· Document deployment processes and create setup guides for customers.
· Collaborate with the technical team to enhance system functionalities.
· Conduct testing and validation of deployed systems.
Useful Skills and Suitable Qualifications:
· Minimum GCE ‘O’ Levels. Preferably have a diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or any Engineering fields.
· Strong problem-solving skills, organised, patient and attention to detail.
· Basic understanding of computer networking and system configuration.
· Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
· Strong verbal and written communication skills.
· Independent and team player
· Willingness to travel to customer locations for on-site work.
