About the role:

Kitchen Technician

The Kitchen Technician is responsible for managing all technical maintenance needs within the hotel's F&B outlets and kitchen areas. This role requires a collaborative approach, working closely with the Restaurant, Bar, and Culinary teams to ensure seamless operations.

What you will do:

• Perform service, repairs, and troubleshooting for HVAC, refrigeration, and kitchen equipment within F&B areas.
• Conduct routine maintenance on kitchen machinery and fixtures, including lighting, gas burners, cold room condensers & non-portable M&E equipment.

Duty Technician

The Duty Technician plays a crucial role in maintaining all engineering operations within the hotel. He/she will ensure compliance with maintenance standards, monitor supplies, and respond to emergency breakdowns while aligning with hotel policies.

What you will do

• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on hotel guestrooms and key machinery, ensuring upkeep from air conditioning to refrigeration functions flawlessly.
• Maintain and troubleshoot the hotel’s power plant systems, including heating, air conditioning, and power.

What you bring

Job Description

• Support teachers in lesson preparation and the implementation of lesson plan (eg. able to conduct small group teaching)

Job Holder Requirements and Attributes

Guest Services Associate (Bell Desk)

The Guest Services Associate is an integral part of the Guest Services Team whose main objective is to ensure our guests are well looked after from the start.
Welcoming guests to the property, providing an exceptional guest experience upon check-in, during the guest’s stay, and on departure. This role works to achieve the highest level of guest satisfaction during their arrival and departure, plus responding to a wide variety of guest requests, assessing guest needs, adding personal recommendations, and aligning with Four Seasons service standards.

What you will do:

• Welcome guests upon arrival and departure according to Four Seasons’ standards and procedures.
• Manages guests’ luggage to their room for arrivals and departures.
