PUBLIC RELATIONS STRATEGY

2. Lead, Improvise, Localise HQ guidelines with local branding objectives for relatability and perceptive SOVs for the targeted audiences to increase awareness and communication.
3. Always ‘in-the-know’ for new trends, new experiences, and new platform mechanisms from luxury competitors.
4. Responsible to refresh, renew, sustain ideas and personalities to amplify ‘even-better’ campaign performance for key launches to improve ranking in print/ digital/ social outputs in monthly basis.
5. Work closely with regional PR, Trade, CRM team to ensure that execution of in-store experiences and OOH events can be synced to optimize on cashflow without diluting press/ influence experience.
6. Manage overall PR budget assigned and ensure right allocation to key franchise to garner strong coverage on all channels via earned and owned media (Seeding, Media buy, Exclusive opportunities, etc).

MEDIA & INFLUENCE RELATIONS

1. Engage and Maintain media and influence relationship as long-term partnership with clear conversation lead, and objectives to capitalize periodically.
2. Conduct Conceptual media pitching with stories, exclusivity of angles/ personas to secure earned output or amplify owned output.
3. Develop cohesive plans for paid engagements/ stories every semester or FY to nurture strong front of friends of Maison Guerlain for a long run.
4. Curate, coordinate, execute launches seeding to target media and KOLs strategically for earned social/ digital coverage. Facilitate loans for media shooting in timely manner with close coordination with other marketing function ie. Retail team.

EVENT PLANNING AND MANAGEMENT

1. Craft, plan and coordinate PR events for key launches based on HQ guidelines and maintain a strong brand image and storytelling of key launches.
2. Source, manage and secure unique or conceptual venues alongside with catering, décor, AV requirements, experience set-up, compliance for PR events with external third parties.
3. Manage, secure and track RSVP lists for attendees on organic and paid attendees to amplify event deliverables and coverages from all facets (Media, Celebrity and Influence).
4. Be on-ground, troubleshoot and resolve any event-day challenges from VM Set-Up to other topics relating to making a success of the event (Best Practice level of execution is expected).

PRESS RELEASES AND COMMUNICATIONS

1. Develop and disseminate compelling communication to media and influences with engaging, accurate, timely, localised press releases and time-to-time tactical communications for pitching.
2. Pitch and leverage to highest earned value of outputs for exclusive HQ/ Ambassador assets or synchronisation from other countries’ of Maison Guerlain engagements.
3. Ensure messaging and language consistency across all communication channels or press materials.

MEDIA COVERAGE MONITORING & REPORTS

1. Monthly reports including clippings from seeding or paid engagements, post-event reports, competitor’s reports, case studies (specific brands upon request for in-depth study internally).

This role will give you the opportunity to:

• Own and nurture operational relationships with partners and unblock the growth opportunities. The Visa solution set this role will support is diverse, ranging from data sharing technical platforms, digital issuance, digital identity, artificial intelligence-based fraud detection, request-to-pay, card and account acceptance, and money movement. This role is focused on client launches in markets and by being able to give in-depth technical architecture knowledge as well as being able to understand the Asia Pacific payments market and client needs.

What we expect of you, day to day:

• Work with the dedicated VGS sales teams to support the pre-sales engagement with key distribution partners for Visa solutions (issuers, enablers, service providers), gaining deeper understanding of government needs, priorities and use cases to support the sell in cycle.
• Ideate and co-create innovative capabilities and features with digital partners and enablers combining Visa capabilities and partner capabilities to test new use cases, product features and recommended deployment approaches using a digital-first mindset and the contemporary product management techniques of digital native companies (e.g., human centred design, minimum viable product, rapid prototyping, etc.
• Support the development of Government technology needs or partnership integration requirements into Visa Technology requirements for prioritisation, scoping and build
• Support developing joined up solutions that leverage Visa digital technologies including VisaNet, CyberSource, Visa Secure, Tokenisation, Click to Pay, Visa Risk Manager, Visa Developer Consumer Control APIs etc
• Support thought leadership on Government payment processing options that blend Visa and partner capabilities with broad government agendas and national payments infrastructure
• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of Visa’s capabilities to complement your understanding of national payments infrastructure and trends in payments generally plus the ability to think holistically about the design of a new offering and the implications related to both the customer’s experience as well as the organization’s ability to implement and scale
• Contribute to the creation and review of market acceleration strategies and digital roadmaps with close collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Work closely with business partners including Risk, Client Services, Legal, Privacy, Government Engagement on the introduction of new solutions.
• Ensure that Visa solution delivery documentation is fit for purpose for Government clients and where gaps exist, work with internal solution owners to remedy
• Liaise with product owners within the global and regional Visa teams to influence product development and timing based on the Government needs and requirements.

Why this is important to Visa

Visa’s strategy on capturing a share of new flows focuses on Government payments as a key pillar. Visa Government Solutions (VGS) is a new team established for this purpose. Government payments often contribute between 30-40% of total market payments and governments everywhere are investing heavily to modernise and digitise their infrastructure. As the new VGS team, we will be leading the company efforts in developing our strategy, leverage expertise in various groups around the company and develop comprehensive government solutions. We are also prioritising markets for focus and enablement of specialised sales teams.

AECOM undertakes design works for major geotechnical/tunnel projects. When such on-going projects are available at the design stage, the students would be engaged works related to analysis/design on geotechnical engineering/related structural engineering design/analysis to assist engineers in the design process, depending on available of such works. While they are engaged in assisting the engineers, they are trained on the aspect of design works in which they are involved.

Depending on the availability of projects, they may be rotated among a few projects. When on-going projects are available at the construction stage, students would be given opportunity for site visit and learn about construction techniques.
