Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Senior Designers to develop creative, practical concepts that align with project goals.
• Prepare interior design documentation, from presentation materials to detailed technical documents, ensuring consistency, quality, and compliance with local and international building codes, as well as hotel operator standards.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, and contractors to maintain design integrity throughout the project.
• Mentor junior team members and foster a collaborative working environment.
• Stay current with industry trends and sustainable design practices.

Qualifications / Skills:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or Architecture
• 5-7 years of experience in interior design, with expertise in executing hospitality and/or residential projects from concept to construction documentation, particularly on large-scale international projects.
• Advanced proficiency in SketchUp, Photoshop, InDesign, AutoCAD, and other design software.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Project management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
• Leadership experience in mentoring and guiding junior designers

Salary Range:
