Conduct Products & Technical Presentation/Demonstration to Consultants / Architects / Main & Sub Contractors.

All related Sales and Marketing duties. (Projects follow up, Preparation of Quote, Project submission, Site meeting and collection)

Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth highly preferred.

Knowledge in Plumbing & Sanitary and experience in liaising with Consultants & Architects will be an advantage.

Conceptualizes concept and schematic designs.

Carries out feasibility studies and presents design proposals

Prepares tender documentation, schedules and material specifications

Oversees progress on-site work and resolves any arising issues

Collaborate with clients and consultants in design reviews

Work with the relevant parties in the authorities' submission, project execution, coordination and on-site construction supervision

Ensures design quality and authority compliance

SUMMARY:

As a Delivery Driver, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and timely delivery of Company’s products, documents and items to the customers in a safe, courteous and timely manner. This exciting role combines efficient logistics with excellent customer service, allowing you to be the face of our Company while providing a seamless delivery experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of logistics operations, excellent organizational skills and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare and verify delivery documents and maintain accurate records
• Plan and optimize delivery routes to maximize efficiency and minimize transit times
• Coordinate and execute delivery as well as orders to customers, suppliers and vendors
• Address any customer inquiries or issues related to logistics, providing solutions promptly
• Follow proper protocols for handling and transporting fragile materials
• Conduct regular checks to ensure vehicles and equipment are in good working condition
• Ensure all activities comply with company policies, safety standards and legal requirements
• Maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of the Company’s vehicle
• Ensure safety of Company’s vehicle, property, documents, and items
• Maintain a log of all deliveries and related information for reference and confirmation
• Responsible for fueling Company’s vehicle and ensuring maintenance and servicing are done
• Perform any other duties as assigned by Managing Director

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Prior experience as a delivery driver is a plus
• Great time management and organization skills
• Valid professional driver’s license for the required vehicle type
• Good driving and navigational skills with no prior violations
• Physical capability to handle and transport heavy cargo safely
• Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
• Flexible schedule to accommodate delivery and pickup demands, including evenings and weekends

Key Responsibilities

Customer Engagement

• Greet Customers: Create a warm and welcoming atmosphere with a smile and friendly demeanor, encouraging passersby to try our product offerings.
• Assist with Orders: Guide customers through menu options, provide recommendations based on preferences and dietary restrictions, and help with self-order kiosks and recommendation of mobile QR ordering for streamlined service.
• Promote Upselling: Use effective phrases to introduce new menu items, express products, and chef recommendations, enhancing overall customer satisfaction and driving sales.

Customer Feedback

• Customer Interaction: Take the opportunity to engage more closely with customers, gather feedback on new items, and offer samples to gauge interest.
• Handle Customer Concerns: Address questions or complaints professionally, resolving issues on the spot and escalating to the manager if necessary.
• Google and Delivery Ratings: Strive to achieve and maintain high Google Review and online delivery ratings to meet KPI targets.

Quality Assurance

• Ensure Order Accuracy: Confirm orders, check presentation and portioning at the packaging stage, and maintain high standards for customer satisfaction.
• Assist in Queue Management: Monitor and manage customer flow, directing guests efficiently to reduce wait times and optimize operations.
• Quality Control: Make recommendations to prevent food from drying out, and perform regular food tasting checks to uphold high food preparation and presentation standards.

Operational Support

• Support Team Operations: Work collaboratively with outlet staff’s without disrupting operations.
• Stock Management: Organize and manage delivered stock’s to maintain an efficient and tidy environment without hindering daily operations.
• Product Availability: Check that products featured on self-order kiosks and Mobile QR are consistently available.
• Mobile QR Ordering Assistance: Guide customers through QR ordering, ensuring they have a seamless experience.
• Maintain Cleanliness: Ensure counters, customer seating, and high-touch points like self-ordering kiosks and POS machines are clean

Job Responsibilities

• Assist in recruitment process such as job posting, short listing and scheduling of

suitable candidates for interview.

• Onboarding and Offboarding for Employee.

• Coordinate and administer training & development programs including

submitting of claims/training grants to various government agencies.

• Assist in Payroll Processing.

• Work Pass Application, Renewal and Cancellation.

• Booking of air tickets

• Handles matters related to general worker such as dormitory arrangement,

update residential address via MOM OFWAS system, CSOC, Coretrade, levy

waiver, medical checkup for new hire and monthly renewal workers.

• Matters related to MYE application.

• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Management.

Job Requirements

• Min 1 year experience in Human Resources Management,training will be

provided.

• Required language(s): English, Chinese (in order to liaise with Chinese speaking

employee).

• Proficient in Microsoft Words and Excel.

Working hours : 9am to 6pm 5 days week
