• Prepare project schedule in either MS Project or Oracle Primavera P6.
• Cost loading to the baseline programme
• Monitoring Critical path and Earn Value Management (EVM) analysis
• Prepare impact analysis for EOT claims
• Prepare working programme and float analysis
• Document control for relevant EOT event
• Monthly progress report and resource monitoring
• Handle on the change control

Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering/Mechanical Engineering or any other engineering field with minimum 3 years of experience in project planning roles.
• Possession with CAPM or PMP certification will be an added advantage.

Job Description

• Handle full set of accounts and month end closing;
• Prepare GST returns;
• Prepare monthly payment by internet banking or cheque payment;
• Liaise with external auditors, company secretary and tax agents for company related matters;
• Prepare staffs payroll, CPF submission, IR8A & IR21;
• Ensure timely and accurate financial and management reporting;
• Ensure timely preparation of balance sheet schedules;
• Ensure compliance with accounting policy and procedures; and
• Assist in any ad hoc assignment.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, ACCA or Equivalent;
• Procient in Microsoft Office applications: Excel, Word, Powerpoint;

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the definition of requirements, including the creation and maintenance of Business Requirements, Detailed Specification documents and subsequent traceability to their corresponding Business Requirements
• Create and execute project work plans, incorporating people, process, and technology change across the Group
• Revision, as appropriate, to meet changing needs and requirements; identify resources required to deliver project and assign individual responsibilities; manage day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope and produce financial forecasts/estimates
• Ability to determine red flags and judge the need for issue
• Able to meet timelines and turn around completed cases to meet service level agreements without compromising on quality

Skills/Requirement

• Work exposure in TM on different products, regions and well versed in AML regulations
• Self-driven, good interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills
• Educated to bachelors degree level or equivalent qualification with at least 1+ years of relevant experience
