· Develop and direct company’s overall budget planning strategy, goals and cost saving practices.

· Provide leadership and guidance to operation team and restaurant managers on addressing the service, organization and cost issues.

· Research and develop opportunities and plans, understanding market requirements, identify market trends in F&B, and suggest improvements to achieve the company's goals and profits.

· Any other tasks as and when assigned by immediate superiors.

REQUIREMENTS

· Diploma in F&B Management, Hospitality or related discipline

· Minimum 3 years’ relevant knowledge of F&B management, systems and procedures

· Resilient and able to perform under pressure.

· Excellent communications and interpersonal skills

· Strong analytical abilities, highly driven with strong work ethic, personal integrity and excellent leadership qualities.

· Willing to work on weekends or Flexible with work schedule based on operational needs

Job Description:

• Lead and support projects from pre-contract through to completion, ensuring that work is done within timeline and budget.
• Identify, analyze and evaluate problems encountered and propose the effective solution approach.
• Preparation of interim valuations, pricing and agreement of contract variations, update claim submissions, final accounts.
• Evaluation and certification of sub-contractors' progress payments.
• Evaluation of price comparison and project costing summary.
• Other quantity surveying related duties as assigned by the management.

Job Requirement:

• Holds a degree certificate.
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience.
• Meticulous and detail-oriented.
• Ability to work with tight deadlines.
• Good communication skills

Responsibilities:

• Delivery of goods to our customers in a safe and timely manner.
• Ensure the safety and security of chilled goods' loading and unloading process.
• Check orders before and after delivery to ensure that orders are complete.
• Abiding by all transportation laws and maintaining a safe driving record.
• Maintain cleanliness of the company vehicles.
• Other ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisor.

Requirements:

• Possesses Class 4 License and relevant experience is a must
• Experienced in delivering goods including fresh products is a strong advantage
