Key Responsibilities

• Central Filing Systems Management: Maintain and organize electronic and physical filing systems to ensure easy accessibility and compliance with company policies.

Experience

• Proven experience in administrative support roles, preferably within a technology or software-focused environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Teams and Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with filing systems, invoicing processes, and time-tracking systems.
• Experience with tender submissions and project management is a plus.
• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, or similar).

Responsibilities

• Act as Incident first responder for a 24/7 staffed SOC
• Perform security monitoring, vulnerability management, data loss / policy violation prevention and threat hunting
• Monitor security sensors and review logs to identify network anomalies or intrusions

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Information System/Information Security from a recognized institution
• 1 year of working experience in networking environment
