• Candidate must have min 3 years of relevant working experience in design & construction of ACMV / HVAC, Fire Protection, and Plumbing services.
• Proven track record of working across organization boundaries to define requirements, solve complex problems, and drive programs to successful completion
• Good understanding of the Singapore Code of Practice and local authority submission process (LTA / PUB / BCA)
• BIM and CAD capabilities (REVIT / Microstation / Autocad) will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities
• Conduct online / phone calls / emails / social platform to follow up with potential customers using a provided lead list and script.
• Ask pertinent questions to understand the customer’s requirements
• Mainly to secure appointments for product recommendation then arrange appointment for the salesman.
• Introduce and educate prospects about products/services.
• Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
• Keep records of calls and sales and record useful information

Skills
• Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quotas preferably over online / phone calls.
• Previous telemarketing experience is preferred but not mandatory.
• Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to engage and persuade prospects.
• Strong problem-solving and objection-handling skills.
• Exceptional time management skills and ability to prioritize effectively.
• Proficient in English
• Skilled in negotiation and dealing with complaints
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Qualification
• Diploma in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, and online marketing.
• Proficient in marketing basic tools and software, such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads, Microsoft Office.

Salary Package: From S$2600 to S$3300 (based on experience and skill)
Working Hours: Monday to Saturday (10:00AM to 7:00PM)
Rest day: Sunday and Public Holiday

Duties:

• Guide and coach lab technicians.
• Inspect raw materials and conduct analyses on WIP and finished product samples.
• Support QA in failure analysis, corrective actions, and customer complaints.
• Assist with GMP audits, validations, and maintaining quality and technical files.
• Prepare technical reports, standards, and specifications for processes and products.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Chemical/ Biotechnology or related field
• Possess supervisory experience in leading a team of technicians
