• Support and ensure compliance with all finance filing requirements, tax filing requirement (GST/WHT/CIT), audits, procedures and forms both statutory and internal.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support intercompany activities.
• Assist in new processes and system implementation when required.
• Any other duties as assigned by management.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or a related field.
• Relevant work experience and professional certifications (ACCA, CPA, CA) are considered.
• Experience with accounting software (SAP, Xero, QuickBooks, MYOB) and familiarity with Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Audit or tax preparation experience may be beneficial.

Description :

• To prepare and submit materials and shop drawings to consultants for approval.
• To control and coordinate M&E Works on site
• To resolve site matters with regards to M&E services
• To manage sub-contractors works and progress of works
• To liaise with authorities for the commission of work

Requirements:

• Passed M&E coordination course.
• Possess at least 4-5 years of relevant working experience in M&E industry
• Proficiency in Microsoft office (Word & Excel), Microsoft Project and Autocad.

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle Full Set of Accounts
• Receive payments, issue reminders and follow-up on outstanding account
• Prepare sales report and ageing report
• Coordinate sales and purchase orders
• Manage stock inventory

• Proficient in Microsoft office & computer skills.
