Responsibilities:

• Responsible for operating the F&B outlets assigned
• Uplift customer relations and attend to customer complaints/ queries promptly
• Ensure minimum wastage, breakage and spoilage
• Upsell to achieve sales and revenue targets
• Oversee cash and stock control consistently according to company policies and SOPs
• Create interesting cocktails and constantly innovate in preparation and presentation.
• Understand the crucial aspect of bar and beverage control.
• Pair food with drinks and make recommendations accordingly.
• Any ad hoc duties as required
• Ensure that food hygiene and safety standards are maintained and comply.
• Report on time, in proper uniform and grooming standard.

Roles & Responsibilities

· Prepare, schedule, coordinate and monitor the assigned projects.

· Prepare, update and maintain document summary or the necessary documents for projects.

· Prepare and submit the required engineering reports, documents, and drawings to the relevant authorities for approval.

· Update, manage and compile schedules of assigned projects with accurate data and report to the manager.

· Interact with clients to interpret their needs and requirements.

· Cooperate and communicate effectively with the project participants to provide assistance and support, to meet delivery timeline, optimize cost efficiency and meet customer specification.

· Feedback on workflow issues to manager in order to enhance efficiency and productivity.

· Manage all expected / unexpected change orders or deviations during project execution.

· Monitor compliance to applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards and specifications.

· Any other job as assigned by the Management from time to time.
