13. Coordinate testing and commissioning work by team members and other departments
14. Coordinate with classification societies' and owners' representatives for relevant inspections
15. Facilitate continuous improvement of production quality by implementing corrective and preventative actions (CAPA) plans
16. Use quality monitoring data management systems to compile and track performance
17. Analyze quality assessment reports to identify gaps and improvements
18. Conduct transaction monitoring against quality criteria covering in-process quality oversights
19. Collaborate with the Procurement and Engineering departments to analyze the root cause of quality issues and implement quality improvement measures
20. Implement both short and long-term quality solutions in alignment with quality frameworks, policies and requirements
21. Escalate complex issues in improving work products and/or services quality to team members
22. Maintain up-to-date master lists and proper control of all released quality management system (QMS) documents
23. Ensure documents and record-keeping are in compliance with quality procedures for internal and external audits
24. Ensure quality documents related to the project are maintained regularly for final dossier compilation
25. Generate test and audit reports and present results to team members

Job Description

• Provide basic IT support for internal users
• Responsible for maintenance of all mechanical and rotating equipment
• Provide documentation to ensure all equipment, technical records and drawings are updated to reflect the latest changes, proper and correct procedures are followed, configuration and software changes to mechanical equipment are documented, archived, and backed up for recovery.

Requirements:

• NITEC in Engineering or IT related discipline
• Flexible with roaming to multiple sites
• Candidates with both Engineering & IT experience (Technical Interview) required
• Knowledge of local regulatory requirements from Ministry of Manpower for workplace safety and equipment governance is an advantage.
• Experience in field work interfacing and stakeholder’s engagement.
• Excellent communication, analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Able to work in Team environment as well as standalone when need arises.

Job Scope:

• Support Level 1 & Service tasks
• Ensure customer satisfaction in maintenance and support
