As a Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our horizons and reinforcing our presence locally in the FMCG industry.
Your responsibilities will include:
>>Build rapport and maintain good long-term relationship with existing customers and required to process and maintain customers’ account.
>> Have a good understanding of customer end-to-end corporate business process flow to ensure professional dealing with customer at all time.
>> Generating high-quality leads across various channels to build and grow our client base. Your expertise in closing sales orders will be key to our success.
>> Creatively developing and presenting business proposals to prospective clients, seizing opportunities to maximize business potential.
>> Consistently meeting or surpassing sales targets through strategic planning and execution.
>> Collaborating closely with our purchasing and warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery of orders.
>> Staying abreast of the latest product knowledge, market trends, and sales techniques to maintain a competitive edge.
>> Providing prompt and efficient responses to customer requests, proposals, and quotations, with an emphasis on exceptional follow-up and customer service.
What We Look For:
>> A minimum of 1 year prior working experience as a sales executive in a FMCG industry.
>> Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
>> A positive, customer-focused attitude, coupled with a 'can-do' spirit and self-motivation to deliver outstanding results.
