• Provide secretariat support, including minute taking, and staffing meetings and conversations as part of the Pophealth Headquarters
• Oversee and maintain the calendar of events and coordinate strategic-level meetings

Performance Management

• Facilitate reporting of work targets and workstreams by various departments and divisions
• Review and monitor corporate KPIs and goals; staff and facilitate discussions to drive consensus among stakeholders

Space Management

• Facilitate working level discussion and timely follow up on requirements for overall workspace planning
• Manage overall office and space seating plan for RHSO departments

Others

• Organise events such as townhall and other staff engagement activities to support the communication of corporate strategy and foster organisational team bonding

Job Requirements

• Bachelor Degree with good communication and writing skill
• At least 3 years working experience
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and able to multitask
• Possess sense-making and critical thinking skills

Prior experience in secretarial work and healthcare experience is an advantage

REPORTING LINE: Sales Director of Electrical Connectors Division

PURPOSE OF THE POSITION: You work as part of an office-based admin support to the ECS team of 4 sales engineers/director; coordinating between the sales team with customer/prospect visits, calls and e-mail.

• Provide support to Outdoor Sales Team on quotations and proposals
• Manage and follow-up tele-enquiries, email-enquiries
• Handling of incoming calls and collections
• Process of sales orders and ensure orders fulfilment
• Coordinating all deliveries to ensure efficient and effective services to the customers
• Create and maintain both inventory and customer databases
• Conduct mass mailing and tele-marketing periodically
• Assist in organizing exhibitions and seminars as and when needed
• Manage samples, catalogues and flyers
• Any other ad-hoc duties which may be assigned to you from time to time

Skills & Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 3 years experiences in sales admin support
• Proficient in computer knowledge (Microsoft Office)
• Experience in SAP System will be advantage, Training Provided for SAP
