Job Description: Senior P400 Consultant

Role Overview:
We are seeking a consultant with extensive experience in Property and Casualty (P&C) insurance systems. The ideal candidate should have strong domain expertise, excellent interfacing skills, and hands-on experience with project discovery, solutioning, and functional design. The role also requires close collaboration with project teams and involvement in functional testing to ensure successful delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Engagement

• Understand business needs, processes, and objectives.
• Lead project discovery workshops and document requirements comprehensively.

Solutioning & Functional Design

• Develop innovative and practical solutions aligned with our requirements.
• Create detailed functional design documents and workflows.

Collaboration & Implementation

• Collaborate closely with other project stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.
• Support project implementation activities,providing expertise on P&C systems.

Testing & Validation

• Perform functional testing to validate system configurations and enhancements.
• User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and resolve any issues.

Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain clear and concise documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders and management on project progress.

Qualifications:

• Must have only 7 to 9 years’ experience with end-to-end implementation projects in P400 systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or equivalent
• Mut have working experience with Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
• Domain Expertise: Strong knowledge of P&C products, processes, and industry standards.
• System Knowledge: Proven implementation experience with P400 or Integral P&C systems.
• Project Discovery: Ability to lead discovery sessions, gather requirements, and propose effective solutions.
• Functional Design: Proficiency in creating functional design documents and system workflows.
• Testing: Hands-on experience with functional testing and defect resolution.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, with a focus on stakeholder management.
• Team Collaboration: Ability to work in a cross-functional team environment and ensure successful project delivery.

The IT Project Admin will provide high-level, confidential administrative support to the Client. This role involves clerical, administrative, and project-based duties, including scheduling meetings, handling information requests, preparing reports and correspondence, and liaising with clients.

Job Scope:

• Consolidate and accurately report on various financial tasks.
• Process service requests, invoicing, goods receipts (GR), and claims.
• Assist the financial management team with financial reporting and budget planning.
