Job Description: Senior Hairstylist

Job Brief:

We are seeking a dedicated Senior Hairstylist to join our team in Singapore. Your role will involve supervising staff, organizing shifts, promoting our salon services, and maintaining detailed records of expenses and revenues. If you have extensive experience in hair treatments, exceptional organizational skills, and thrive in a dynamic salon environment, we'd love to meet you.

Your goal will be to enhance client satisfaction and drive our revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the salon.
• Hire and train hair stylists as needed.
• Schedule shifts for employees, considering peak times and seasonal demands.
• Coordinate regular maintenance for all salon equipment.
• Ensure the salon adheres to strict hygiene standards.
• Guarantee that all hair treatments meet high-quality standards.
• Maintain comprehensive staff records, including salaries and working schedules.
• Process client payments and track all financial transactions.
• Keep accurate records of costs and revenues (daily, monthly, and quarterly).

Requirements:

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in the hair salon industry.
• At least 5 years of experience in a Senior Stylist role or similar position.
• Strong knowledge of hair treatments and products.
• Basic bookkeeping skills.
• Excellent organizational abilities.
• Capability to gracefully manage customer requests and complaints.

As a Senior/Account Director, you will be charged with driving growth and retention of our clients and R/GA’s business. You will represent the day-to-day business partner and advisor to our clients and serve as the catalyst for innovative work across all departments and capabilities inside R/GA.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Foster a close communications relationship with client senior management, creating an atmosphere where issues regarding pricing, performance or teaming can be discussed opening and constructively.
• Provide leadership in the development of strategic plans that will grow client business as well as generate incremental billings and income.
• Participate in major client presentations and make other contacts that will strengthen the agency/client relationship.
• Oversee the planning process assessment, situation analysis, brand planning and development of strategic direct marketing plans.
• Determine staff hour requirements and other resources necessary to assure a high level of service to clients as well as profitability including the review of scope of work.
• Evaluate performance and skill level of account group personnel and recommend staffing changes necessary to support client needs.
• Review each client account’s profitability with the department supervisor periodically.
• Work with all departments on strategy, research and results measurement.
• Conduct regular meetings with the account team and relevant members of other services to discuss client problems, opportunities, and work in progress.

YOU BRING THE FOLLOWING

• 8+ years’ digital agency experience.
• A proven track record of successfully managing multi­-million-dollar accounts.
• Experience with various project types including web, mobile, video, brand, social and strategic consulting.
• Excellent people leadership skills for small to mid-sized teams.
• A track record of multi-­tasking in a fast­-paced creative environment.
• Proficiency in the fundamental MS Office software and G-Suite.
