Job scope

Perform general administrative duties such as bank-in cheques, filing, controlling and maintaining of documents, mailing of documents

Perform IR21, IR8A for workers

Monitor and follow up on staffs’ probation, confirmation, appraisal or promotion

Office admin support and general administration such as air ticket purchase, accommodation and transportation arrangement

Performance Appraisal and implement company handbook

Organize company events/team bonding activities

Handle Petty cash claims

Administration and execution of HR functions including Recruitment & Selection, Compensation & Benefits, Payroll Administration, Performance Review, Training & Development, Employee Relations and Orientation Program.

Renew company licenses

Application/Renewal of Permit and Passes for workers and office staff.

Handle Payroll & Leave Application Matters (Calculating attendance/timecard of workers and key in system)

Prepare warning letters for workers/office staffs etc.

Other Ad-Hoc Duties.

Job scope

• Invoicing

Taking over from Customer Service (“CS”) department the invoicing function

Coordinate with CS department in getting relevant info and supporting for invoicing and

ensure timely billing to customer

• Transaction Processing

Collect customer cheques from Admin and prepare bank in slips.

Update cash book balances and AR report.

Process AR receipts by matching customer payment with sales invoices.

Follow up with customer for any over/under payment.

Follow up with customers for overdue invoices.

Prepare intercompany invoice.

Prepare and post receipts journal in ERP system

Generate / send debtors’ monthly statements of account.

Monitoring of accounts receivable movement and updating the Sales department on long overdue accounts.

Filing of invoices and AR receipts.

Liaise with auditors for document vouching during year end audit.

• Maintenance of Accounting Records

Input all AR receipts for the month into accounting database-AR module.

Post transactions to the GL module after entries have been reviewed

Finance Transformation Executive, Up $4K

Duration: 1 Year Contract

Working Hours – 8.30am to 6pm (Mon to Thu) and 8.30am to 530pm (Fri)

Responsibilities:

• The job-holder is responsible and accountable for accounting of customer collections e.g. preparation of billings to customers, creation of deposit records, GIRO payments from customers.
• The job-holder is responsible and accountable for managing customer inquiries and exceptions e.g. waivers, refunds.
• The job-holder is responsible and accountable for generating and dispatching customer statement of accounts.
• The job-holder is responsible and accountable for the preparation of AR reports, including AR aging report.
• The job-holder is also responsible to take on AR transformation projects that will be assigned in addition to the above jobscope. He/She is expected to participate actively in the project planning and to achieve the project objective within tight timeline.

Requirements:

• At least a diploma (a diploma in Accounting or Finance will be an advantage)
• Fresh diplomas holders are welcome to apply
• Prior experience in Account Receivable role will be an advantage
• Prior knowledge of/ experience in using SAP will be an advantage

1. Job Responsibilities

• Being able to develop portfolio balancing strategy in the relevant markets which is related to the mid to long-term supply & demand balance of the company including long-term LNG contract procurement plan.
• Identifying and developing term procurement and/or sales opportunities, and drafting and leading the relevant negotiations for the LNG key term sheet. Further, capable of evaluating commercial and financial value of the key terms.
• Being able to negotiate LNG SPAs with counterparties and lead the contracting process on its own as well as with legal experts and the team. Further, capable of timely report and presentation to the managements upon necessity.
• Active engagement with integrated scheduling, commercial operations and any contract related issues in a prompt and timely manner.
• Developing new business ideas such as structured deal and optimization.
• Working closely with team members in discussing procurement strategy, negotiation strategy, market conditions, etc.
• Developing and maintaining sustainable relationships with market participants to always ensure an access to the core information in relation to new LNG project status, recent deal reference, market players’ position, etc. Issuing periodic reports to the managements based on the aforesaid information and its own analysis.
• Developing and managing the enduring relationships with original customers and partners to support/have better position for negotiation and any managing disputes.

2. Requirements

• 3 years ~ 8 years of experience as a LNG originator and knowledge of LNG project/industry is mandatory
• Working experiences in LNG/Energy company and experience in commodity market is preferred
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• Occasional overseas travel may be required (not frequently expected)
• Fluency in English is mandatory, Korean skill is a plus consideration
• Thorough understanding of commodity markets
• Open minded person working in Korean company
