Data Governance Framework Development:

• Develop and implement data governance policies, standards, and procedures to ensure data quality, consistency, and security.
• Establish data governance frameworks and best practices to manage data assets effectively.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data ownership, stewardship, and accountability.

Risk Management:

• Identify, assess, and prioritize data-related risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Conduct risk assessments and impact analyses to evaluate potential threats to data integrity and security.
• Monitor and report on data governance and risk management activities to senior management.

Regulatory Compliance:

• Ensure compliance with relevant data protection regulations, such as PDPA, GDPR, and other industry-specific standards.

• Stay up-to-date with changes in data protection laws and regulations and update policies accordingly.
• Provide advises on data related incidents and escalations as necessary

Data Quality Management:

• Develop and maintain data quality metrics and dashboards to monitor data quality performance.
• Collaborate with data owners and stewards to resolve data quality issues and implement corrective actions.

Training and Awareness:

• Develop and deliver training programs to educate employees on data governance and risk management principles.
• Promote a culture of data governance and risk awareness across the organization.
• Provide guidance and support to data owners and stewards on data governance best practices.

Stakeholder Engagement:

• Work closely with business units, IT, legal, and compliance teams to ensure alignment on data governance and risk management objectives.

Job Description & Requirements

Provide First Call Resolution (FCR) technical support via phone and email. Ensure calls are answered and emails are responded promptly

Perform first level troubleshooting on all reported incidents and escalate incidents to 2nd level resolver groups as per work instructions

Furnish and submit timely updates to customers on the status of outstanding issues within the targeted Service Level

Maintain ownership of cases and follow-up on reported issues until closure and gather accurate and complete relevant information is recorded.

Manage customer expectations and notify the Team Lead in the event of unusual surge in calls of a specific nature

Handle initial classification/prioritization of the incidents. Track the progress of resolution and provide regular updates for follow up actions and incident status.

The main responsibilities and tasks of this position are listed as, but not limited to the following:

• Control inventory of cleaning product, reorder as necessary
• Clean and sanitize all kitchen equipment, utensils, and surfaces, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
• Operate dishwashing machines, ensuring dishes, glassware, silverware, and utensils are cleaned efficiently and are streak-free.
• Wash, Wipe, Sort, stack dishes, and load/unload the dishwasher.
• Clean, sanitize, and close workstations.
• Ensure floors are always dry and clean.
• Manage waste disposal and recycling, following environmental sustainability practices.
