About the Role

We are looking for a seasoned Finance professional to take on an important role in driving excellence across the areas of Financial Planning and Analysis as well as compliance with corporate polices and procedures, and statutory requirements. The candidate will also implement 5S practices to keep the workspace organized and operate material-handling equipment such as hand trucks, forklifts, and hydraulic platforms to facilitate efficient warehouse operations.

• Must have forklift licence

• Operate, maintain, and configure Communication Equipment/ Audio infrastructure from the ground up-Well versed in LAWO, RTS, RF equipment and AOIP
  Able to update software and equipment to the latest version from manufacturer.
  
• Assisting or reporting of Audio / Comms equipment problems and ensure the equipment is repaired on time for next production.
• To introduce, adopt and train team members on latest technologies.
• To be able to direct, instruct and manage assistant engineers and possible system integrators on projects.
• To have excellent oral and written communication skills including conversational English as well as computer skills.
• To be able to draft technical reports.
• To be able to read technical (Auto CAD) engineering drawings and willing to learn.
• Any other ad-hoc duties.

• Responsibilities:Review customer documents to execute Air Waybills (AWBs) and send pre-alerts.
  Communicate with customers and overseas stations regarding shipping instructions.
  Prepare export permit declarations.
  Monitor and check the status of shipments.
  Perform any ad hoc duties as assigned.
