· Menu and Food Quality:Collaborating with chefs or kitchen staff to create and update menus.
Ensuring food quality, presentation, and consistency.
Managing food safety and hygiene standards to comply with health regulations.

· Marketing and Promotion:Developing and implementing marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.
Running promotional campaigns, special events, and discounts.
Maintaining the restaurant's online presence and engaging with customers through social media and review platforms.

MATERIAL OUTDOOR SALES EXECUTIVE | UP TO $4K + Commissions

Pay Rates: basic up to $3000 (depending on experience)

+ $1000 Transport allowance

+ uncapped commissions

Working hours: 5 days work week , 9am to 6pm

Location: Bedok North

Job Duties:
- Conduct direct sales activities outdoors to potential customers.
- Present and promote products or services to prospective clients.
- Generate leads and follow up on sales opportunities.
- Negotiate sales contracts and terms with clients.
- Maintain records of sales activities and follow-up actions.

Job Requirement:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Proactive and results-driven attitude.
- Experience in outdoor sales or related field in building materials trade preferred.

Responsibilities:

1. Supervision and Coordination: Oversee day-to-day operations within the manufacturing facility. Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth production processes.

2. Team Leadership: Provide guidance, direction, and leadership to operational staff. Motivate team members to achieve production targets and maintain quality standards.

3. Workflow Management: Manage workflow schedules to optimize productivity and efficiency. Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members based on their skills and workload.

4. Quality Control: Ensure that products meet quality standards by implementing and maintaining quality control processes. Monitor production processes to identify and address any quality issues promptly.

5. Safety Compliance: Enforce safety procedures and regulations to create a safe working environment for all employees. Conduct regular safety inspections and address any safety concerns or hazards.

6. Training and Development: Train new employees on operational procedures and safety protocols. Provide ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance the skills and knowledge of team members.

7. Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the supply chain team to ensure timely procurement of materials and supplies. Implement inventory control measures to minimize waste and reduce costs.

8. Problem Solving: Address any production issues or concerns that arise during the shift. Troubleshoot problems and implement effective solutions to minimize downtime and maintain production schedules.

9. Communication: Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and other departments to coordinate activities and resolve issues. Provide regular updates on production status and performance metrics.

10. Flexibility: Be willing to work night shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required by the business needs. Adapt quickly to changing priorities and schedules to ensure continuous production operations.

11. Performance Evaluation: Conduct performance evaluations for team members and provide constructive feedback for improvement. Recognize and reward outstanding performance to motivate and retain top talent.

12. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost-saving initiatives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement best practices and drive operational excellence.
