Key Responsibilities:
• Outbound Sales Calls: Contact potential customers to introduce and explain the benefits of our services, using a provided script or tailored approach.
• Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business and referrals.
• Sales Target Achievement: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs set by the management.
• Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, pricing, and promotions to effectively address customer inquiries and objections.
• Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up calls with prospective customers who have shown interest or requested more information.
• Data Entry: Accurately record and update customer information and call details in the system.
• Feedback and Reporting: Provide feedback to the sales team on customer needs, market trends, and potential opportunities.
• Continuous Improvement: Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your selling skills and product knowledge.
Qualifications:
• Experience: Previous experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a related sales role is preferred but not required.
• Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills, active listening, and persuasive abilities.
• Technology: Proficiency in using relevant sales tools and office software
• Attitude: Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and able to handle rejection with a positive outlook.
