• Responsibility for security compliance, patching, health check & hardening remediation
• Maintaining and administering perimeter security systems such as firewalls and intrusion detection systems
• Performing standard or project change request as per change window
• Provide on-call 24 x 7 support on a rotating basis
• Responsible for applying operating system updates, patches, and configuration changes
• Perform Preventive Maintenance
• Participate in customer weekly sessions

Skills for Success

• Degree in Computer Science / IT or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of experience in in Network support and maintenance (LAN/WAN/Cloud)
• Minimum CCNA Certified
• Experienced in network/security administration in enterprise DC and Public Environment
• Experiences in supporting firewall /network product such as Cisco routers & switches, Cisco Firewalls, Cisco ACI, Aruba, Infoblox, Citrix load balancers, Solarwinds etc
• Experienced in troubleshooting system and network problems, diagnose and solve hardware/software issues, analysing system logs and identifying potential issues/incident
• Good to have a valid Singapore class 3 driving license

Job Description:

This is a full time role for a Forklift Driver located in Penjuru. Our company is one of the food product supplier and you will be responsible for operating forklifts to move and organize materials safely, maintaining accurate inventory records, and conducting periodic stock checks. It also includes coordinating with the team for material movement and assisting with general warehouse tasks like packing, labeling, and housekeeping.

Qualifications:

• Relevant experience as a forklift operator
• Valid forklift operator certification/license required.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from inception through completion, ensuring that work is within budget.
• Formulation of procurement strategy, preparation of tender documentation, preparation of cost estimates and cost plans, administration of the tender process, evaluation of tenders, and submission of tender recommendation reports.
• Prepare a letter of acceptance/letter of award and compile contract documents and drawings.
• Review the variation request order, assess the associated variation costs, prepare a monthly financial report, and process the progress payment and final account.
• To work closely with the Project Team providing cost and financial advice as well as contractual support and advice during the pre-construction, construction, and post-construction stages.
• Manage a team of quantity surveyors
• Provide support to Directors in the management of projects
• Contribute to setting team objectives and priorities
• Collaboration with other teams

Requirements

• Recognised degree in Quantity Surveying with relevant working experience in the Construction industry
• Essentially possess 8 years of working experience in a cost consultancy/contracts management environment
• Strong technical background with sound knowledge of pre- and post-contract duties
• Good working knowledge of forms/conditions of contract
• Good working knowledge of standard forms of measurement, CEMS, SMM or equivalent
• Proficient in QS application and software
• Membership with SISV, RICS or/and AIQS is preferred
• Able to work independently and be a good team player as well
• Possess excellent people skills with the ability to integrate within a multi-disciplinary team and communicate with external consultants and clients
