Job Requirements

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of the service staff to ensure efficient and courteous service
• Take orders in POS system, prepare beverage, serve customers and clear tables
• Ensure all customers receive prompt and friendly service
• Handle customer complaints and feedback, resolving issues in a professional and timely manner
• Train, mentor, and evaluate service staff to maintain high service standards
• Assist OM in scheduling and rostering of service staff
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure adequate supplies for daily operations
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Work closely with the outlet & management team to ensure seamless operations.

Requirements

• Min 1 year of supervisory experience in the F&B industry
• Responsible, customer-driven, committed and willing to learn
• Positive attitude with good interpersonal skills
• Able to prioritize, multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
• A good team player

Working Hours:

• 7-10 hours work per day
• 6 days per week
• Rostered between 7am to 9pm

Job description

Responsibilities:

• Manage the team of service and maintenance staff
• Carry out routine preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance works for industrial aircond system.
• Prepare daily maintenance service report.
• Follow maintenance work schedule to ensure timely completion of tasks and compliance to requirement
• Perform trouble shooting and repair faulty electrical & mechanical components of aircond system.
• Handle additions & alternations / installation / replacement of aircond system.
• Perform testing and commissioning of aircond system.
• Ensure safe keeping of hand tools and maintain good housekeeping.
• Ensure all works are carried out safely in accordance with safety procedures.
• Some time required night work aircon chemical cleaning, servicing and repairing.
• Need to standby every month 1 to 2 week standby after work for attending complaints ACMV system breakdown.
• Any other duties as assigned.

Requirement

• Class 3 Driving License
• Hands-on experience in installation, maintenance (including chemical washing), troubleshooting and repairing of air conditioners
• Must be able to handle physical work
• Company Lorry allowed to drive back for work purpose and pick up worker in morning

• Assist the lead makeup artist on set, in the studio, workshops and events
• Prepare and organize makeup kits, ensuring cleanliness and sanitation
• Assist with applying and removing makeup on clients or models
• Stock and maintain makeup inventory, ordering replacements as needed

Job Description

• To ensure the implementation and monitoring of appropriate safety measures in accordance with the Workplace Health and Safety Act.
• Organize and ensure all group meetings / safety talks / safety promotional activities are in accordance with schedule.
• Ensure safe work practices are adhered to by all parties in the daily site activities.
• Address and provide counsel on specific instances of WSH non-compliance and unsafe work practices.
• Alert team members of emergency situations and potential escalation of incidents and accidents.
• Enforce all safety legislation and in-house safety rules and regulations.
• Ensure supervisors and workers are following the safe work procedures compliance.
• Carry out initiatives to support WSH programmes.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the Management and the designated manager.

Job Requirements

1. Ability to communicate with mandarin speaking workers.
2. Min Diploma / Degree in Engineering or its equivalent
3. At least minimum 8 years of working experience in construction industry
4. Strong Project experience in LTA/MRT/RAIL project is an added advantage
