Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible in invoicing related work, ensure all billing activities are well coordinated including coordinate with different department in billing relating inquiries
• Generate daily invoices to new customers and monthly invoices to recurring customers
• Prepare statement of account (SOA) and send to customers on timely basis
• Updating customer database
• Assist in preparation of spreadsheets, reports and correspondence as required, carry out reporting activities according to specific deadlines
• Perform daily reconciliation of e-payments and off-set against individual invoices
• Process Credit Card and GIRO application and liaise with clients/banks for failed deductions
• Attend to any billing and payment queries via hotline/inbound email/internal department transfer
• Assist in coordinating and resolving internal and external disputes involving account receivables
• Any other ad hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Possess minimum Nitec/Diploma in Business / Finance / Accountancy with minimum 1-2 years of related working experience
• Training provided for those without/lesser experience

Job Responsibilities:

• To perform overhaul repair duties
• To perform all troubleshooting and diagnostics with appropriate recommendations
• To check and provide correct recommended Parts details in the Work Order as and when required
• To carry out Service Maintenance on the trucks
• To perform all repairs (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic etc)
• To record repair time and detail of repair in the Work Order
• To keep Team Leader updated on the repair details and repair requirements
• Adhere to Warranty Process and Procedures (Warranty tagging of parts, return and storage of warranty parts etc)
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Possess minimum NITEC in Automotive Technology or former NTC 3/2 in Motor Vehicle Mechanics or NTC 3/2 Heavy Duty Diesel Mechanics or Diploma in Automotive Engineering or related field
• Minimum of 2 years working experience in servicing and repairing heavy trucks
• Possess knowledge in vehicle electrical circuit diagram, deep engine, transmission and brake system is an advantage

M&E Engineer is responsible for :-

JOB DESCRIPTION:

· Monitor and report on the progress of work to project manager;

· Control the progress of shop drawings, technical submissions and equipment/material procurement/fabrication/delivery status for on-time completion.

· Coordinate with client’s representatives, consultants, and subcontractors on all technical matters, including submission of method statement, drawings, materials, samples and work progress;

· Control site progress & installation quality as per approved;

· Carry out inspection of M&E works prior to concreting or subsequent construction works;

· Assist in supervising and coordinating work closely with other departments;

· Assist for submission of evaluation of progress claim, variation work to M&E Manager

· Participate in all relevant project meetings;

· Responsible for carrying out M&E technical meetings and resolving technical issues with record;

· Responsible for M&E drawing coordination and production of CSD and individual service drawings quality;

· Responsible for conducting inspection to meet with construction schedule;

· Provide and maintain all site inspection records & T&C records up to date;

· Ensure quality of MEP workmanship and compliance with safety and environmental requirements;

· Provide and maintain all site inspection records & T&C records up to date;

· Allocate work and ensure jobs are correctly and properly achieved within standards and SOP.

REQUIREMENTS:

· Diploma / Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering;

· Min of 2 years’ work experience related projects in Singapore building and construction industry;

· Strong Electrical/Mechanical knowledge with hands-on experiences;

· Sound knowledge in BIM, Revit, Autocad would be an advantage;

· Good communication skills with the ability to coordinate with site teams to execute work
