Job Purpose

The candidate will join the Group Sustainability Office and support the Chief Sustainability Officer in driving sustainability-related initiatives to meet both the regulatory requirement and voluntary ambition of achieving our mid-term and long-term sustainability targets. This can be achieved through:

(1) developing the decarbonisation strategy and pathway for the Group,

(2) supporting sustainability-related initiatives across the Group, and

(3) enhancing information and data collection with the ESG Data Management System (DMS) to support reporting and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Define and monitor key environmental sustainability metrics with guidance from the management and Board Sustainability Committee
• Co-own the ESG Data Management System (DMS) with other key stakeholders as the main custodian of the corporate software
• Engage in yearly sustainability reporting procedures, encompassing disclosures in line with international Sustainability Frameworks
• Coordinate with key stakeholders to collect information and/or data for our Group Review, Sustainability Report, or periodic reporting to Temasek and relevant authorities
• Handle periodic reporting, tracking, managing and analysis of data related to ESG. Recommend and monitor Group-level ESG activities and projects to enhance sustainability efforts and achievement of sustainability KPIs

What you will be doing

• To Lead and supervise a team of technicians, facilities attendants, and lifeguards to be efficient and effective in maintaining the Club’s facilities, building and equipment through routine checks and strategising for preventive maintenance;

What we are looking for

• Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering, Building or Facilities Management or Estate Management or equivalent;
• Certification in Swimming Pool, Horticulture Maintenance and Operation will be an added advantage;

• Responsible in supervising the daily accounting and financial operations of the accounts team;
• Prepare monthly Club’s journals, accounts and all related management reporting timely;
• Ensure the Club’s financial and accounting records are properly kept and recorded in accordance to Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS) and compliance with the regulatory requirements;
• Preparing monthly I&E Statements;
• Liaise with the relevant stakeholders to the completion of statutory reporting, including liaising with auditors on audit related queries, prepare audit schedules and financial report to auditors
• Processing of monthly Giro payments and prints for statement of accounts;
• Participates in Finance committee meetings and operations meeting. Prepare minutes of meetings;
• Any other duties as assigned from time to time.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy or related qualifications with at least 5-7 years of relevant experience;
• Strong command of written and spoken English;
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders;
• Independent and ability manage work with minimum supervision;
• Strong analytical skills with attention to details;
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel with knowledge of Pivot Tables, V- look-ups etc.

What you will be doing

This role aims to create a positive customer service experience for our members.

• Providing excellent customer service to Members, addressing enquiries, facilitating bookings and/or requests related to Club facilities, programmes, services, and activities, and/or other ad-hoc requests;
• The Club Services Associate will be rotated in various front desks to effectively deliver customer services to our members and other stakeholders regarding Club programmes, activities, promotions, and updates;
• Performing general administrative tasks, such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, managing the tidiness of reception premises, and maintaining Club correspondence;
• Assisting with membership-related applications, such as new member registrations, membership card replacement, and membership inquiries;
• Maintaining accurate membership records and databases;
• Processing payments and handling cash and online transactions for membership dues, and other Club booking and services with accuracy and maintaining appropriate records;
• Monitoring and controlling access to Club facilities, verifying membership credentials or guest passes, and enforcing Club policies and regulations to ensure the safety and security of members, when necessary;
• Addressing any member feedback, and/or concerns professionally;
• In addition, proactively aiming to achieve satisfactory resolutions and escalate issues to the Duty Manager when necessary;
• Handle correspondence with reciprocal and affiliated clubs;

What we are looking for

• Preferably GCE N/O Levels (or equivalent) or ITE Nitec/Higher Nitec in Services Management / Hospitality Operations / Event Management / Sport Management / Business Administration;
• Proficiency in oral and written English, another language is a plus (to liaise with the English & Mandarin-speaking associates);
• At least 2 years of working experience in the hospitality industry handling frontline services;
• Good communication and interpersonal skills;
• A positive disposition and strong team player;

Job Purpose

The Manager, Leasing position involves managing and leading leasing strategies and trade mix plans across our various spaces and properties, including our MRT, LRT stations and bus interchanges. You will be at the forefront of the action, establishing networks with all tenants and agents and enhancing the value of all our properties while bringing conveniences for our commuters and the community.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement leasing strategies and trade mix plans for commercial activities in our MRT, LRT stations, bus interchanges and any of our commercial properties
• Ensure all available space is leased in an appropriate, timely and effective manner planning and implementing the tenancy mix
• Conduct and understand periodic retail market rental information and trends
• Source and seek out prospective tenants, generate new leasing leads
• Negotiate and monitor terms of lease
• Ensure proper leasing documentation is in place and timely submission to relevant parties.
• Ensure compliance with SOP, local authorities building standards and requirements
• Establish and build networking channels with prospective, existing tenants and real estate marketing agents
• Enhance the value of our properties to generate new revenue streams
• Prepare weekly/monthly leasing reports and assist in leasing budgets

Qualifications & Work Experience

• Preferably have a Degree in Business, Real Estate/Building or related qualifications
• Preferably have 5-7 years of experience in retail property leasing/marketing with at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity
• Experience in handling land lease matters and prior knowledge in local planning regulations, land laws and Tenancy Agreement.
