JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Review staff roster to ensure adequate manpower for the team

• Recommend initiatives to minimise customer service performance gaps

• Monitor compliance with legislative requirements pertaining to handling and consumption of alcoholic

• Monitor team's compliance with the organisation's personal, food and beverage hygiene standards
• Monitor team's adherence to the organisation's food waste management Standard Operating Procedures

• Review existing work processes and procedures in accordance with process improvement reviews
• Propose to management on the initiatives for continuous improvement within the team

• Analyse workplace performance and processes to identify opportunities for innovation, improved work

• Monitor wine-handling with various techniques of presenting, opening, decanting and serving
• Provide clarifications to customers on the different categories of wines
• Monitor the operations of Point of Sales (POS) Systems when managing beverage order

Job Description & Responsibilities:

• Develop conceptual & detailed M&E system design, prepare tender documents, and manage projects
• Assist in project implementation
• Attend meetings and liaise with stakeholders (Clients, Architects, etc..) whenever necessary
• Ensure statutory compliance and quality of work

Quantity Surveyor requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Quantity Survey/Building or equivalent
• Minimum 4 years of relevant working experience in Quantity Estimating/Surveying Works in construction firm for senior post
• PC Literate (MS Word/Excel), AutoCAD/BIM/REVIT is a bonus advantage
• 5.5 day work week
