Lost and Found

· Ensure all unclaimed and offloaded baggage are restored and returned to its rightful owners expeditiously.

· Lodge all arrival claim reports and reply to investigation on complaints

· Liaise with CAAS on discrepancies encountered at the baggage claim areas and SOCC on delays on baggage presentation

· Assist with customer enquiries and grievances at Lost and Found office

· Ensure all bags removed timely and no incidents of bags overflowing from arrival belts

· Perform any other duties as assigned by superiors
