• Oversee and preparing the annual budget in accordance with the organisation’s strategic plan

Job Requirements

• A state registered Nurse with at least 5 years’ experience in leadership
• Experience in Palliative Care Nursing is preferred
• At least 8 years in nursing (preferably in an acute setting - restructured hospital)

• Clinical supervision skills

• Able to apply both rational and creative processes
• Able to effectively communicate with various stakeholders and patients

About the team

Tiktok and affiliates are developing the next-generation high-performance analytical database, with a mission to enable efficient and real-time data-driven decision-making on PB-level data sets. The initial product was forked from Clickhouse, after which large re-architecture had been taken place. The product now not only improves the efficiency of Clickhouse but also fits into the elastic cloud-native infrastructure with better scalability and resource utilization. With years of polishment in the internal EB-level scenarios, we are now ready to serve our business partners via various cloud vendors.

What you will be doing:

You will be contributing directly to the database engine, including but not limited to storage, query execution, metadata management, resource management, and performance optimization. By joining this team, you can look forward to a great opportunity to solve hard problems and grow.

- Contribute to the database engine, by leading technical design, implementation, and verification

- Ensure code quality, extensibility, and sustainability within the module/project

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our business development team. As the Business Development Manager for Market Making Services, your primary responsibility will be manage inbound leads, communicate with clients and manage client relationships for long-term success

Responsibilities

- Responsible for customer development within the crypto industry, with the objective of converting project parties into customers of the company's market maker business. This entails utilizing various channels and methods to achieve sales targets.

- Gather and systematically document customer information and requirements, addressing any issues that arise during the market making process.

- Support the team in continually optimizing internal and external workflows and execution processes, contributing to the maintenance of the company's reputation for service quality.

- Nurture customer relationships, uphold the brand's reputation, and relay market information and customer needs back to the company.

Qualifications

- Proven track record in business development or sales roles within the financial services industry, preferably in the crypto/DeFi/blockchain sectors.
