The Campaigns Executive will support campaign initiatives in line with our client’s requirement whilst still maintaining Supermom’s identity. In this role, you will work with a team to help to raise awareness of our clients, their brands, drive sales, help customer acquisition and retention through marketing initiatives and strategies that we will strategically deploy through Supermom as a platform.

 You will be responsible for coordinating and executing the following initiatives:

 Roles and responsibilities:

• Create and execute multi-channel marketing plans to deliver on lead generation campaigns for various client accounts. Channels include farming and direct marketing to existing bases, paid advertising, community marketing, events and partnerships, telesales, offline promoters, etc

• Brief, project manage, and oversee the quality of work from a team of performance specialists, CRM specialists, data processing specialists, copywriters and designers, to deliver on campaigns. If needed, source for suppliers/freelancers and onboard them
• Constantly monitor and track performance across multiple campaigns and create the right reporting frameworks for analysis and reporting.
• Manage business as usual aspects for a campaign to ensure smooth execution and delivery.
• Understand our target audiences' behaviours, as well as analyse and segment our existing base, to improve new user acquisition and cross-sell
• Continually find ways to optimise campaigns and maximise margins
• Build long-term strategies for user acquisition while managing short-term fulfilment
• Responsible for timely billing of clients
• Work cross-functionally with various departments within the supermom brand.

• Minimum 3 years' experience in user acquisition marketing, either with B2C brands or with agencies
• Proven experience in managing successful B2C demand generation programmes
• Hands-on experience in CRM/lifecycle marketing and/or performance marketing is a big plus
• Working knowledge of Hubspot, GA4 and Meta Marketing is a plus
• Excellent time management and project management; able to multitask and handle multiple campaigns at the same time

As part of the Global Compliance team and reporting to the Senior Manager, Risk & Compliance, the successful candidate shall play a key role in assisting Conyers licensable businesses meet and comply with the related Acts, Regulations and Guidelines applicable to their businesses, including those related to anti-money laundering and anti-terrorist financing (AML/ ATF) controls across multiple offshore jurisdictions, professional services and risk management. He/she will ensure that all aspects of the overall AML/ ATF and compliance programmes are carried out in line with Conyers global policies and procedures.

The successful candidate will assist the Compliance team in all matters relating to AML/ ATF and Sanctions in regard to on-boarding and ongoing monitoring, including transactional activity in support of Conyers customer due diligence (CDD) and risk management framework. What Will You Do

• Assist with periodic compliance reviews
• Respond to internal queries providing guidance and advice on matters relating to Know Your Customer (KYC) and CDD for new and existing customers, and general AML/ ATF activities for customers across all levels of risk

What You’ll Need
