What the role is

You will be part of the Procurement team and are responsible to drive digitalisation efforts aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and transforming user experience for procurement activities in Retail and F&B industry

What you will be working on

You will be involved in the ideation and adoption of new technologies such as artificial intelligence and data analytics. Staying abreast of emerging technologies and best practices in digitalising procurement activities and data analytics, implementing digital solutions to streamline and automate procurement processes, and providing training and support to officers will be your key role.

What we are looking for

- Degree in Computer Science/Engineering or related discipline. - Good understanding of AI technologies and prompt engineering. - Proficient in data analytics and visualization tools (such as Python, Excel, Macros, Tableau, Power BI or equivalent). - Relevant experience in developing digital solutions for automating procurement activities

Responsibilities:

• Support Board members with executive and administrative tasks.
• Manage calendars and handle travel arrangements, including flights, visas, and accommodations.
• Organize team meetings, corporate events, and other activities.
• Coordinate logistics for high-level meetings.
• Ad-hoc duties assign by superior.

Requirements:

• Degree in relevant studies.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in supporting board members.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office is an added advantage.

• Ensure documentation update and control based on regulatory and certification requirements (e.g. FSSC 22000).
• Liaise with government authorities to ensure conformance to relevant food regulations and halal requirements
• Conduct internal audit and handling of third party audits
• Ensure effective implementation of all matters with regards to quality assurance and control e.g. pest control, effectiveness of cleaning chemical
• Supervise the handling of customer complaint and review of corrective action reporting.
• Supervise implementation of product and process checking based on QAQC program.

This position will support the Head of Product Excellence & Transformation in driving the overall end-to-end product development projects and continuous improvement in the overall product development process and transformation.

The individual is also the central point of contact for the assigned products/projects to ensure all processes are in place, coordinate its implementation and ensuring proper governance are in place.

This will include but not limited to, supporting the launch of more innovative products with greater speed to meet the needs of our customers and distributors. This position will report into the Head of Product Excellence & Transformation.

Job Description

• Lead product development process and facilitate cross-functional teams to execute the agreed product plan, while ensuring compliance with the product development policy and SOPs
• Ensure effective communication between the Product management team and our core internal partners in Finance, Technology, Customer Experience, Life Operations, Marketing and Distribution
• Provides regular communication and updates on progress ensure visibility and action on the key risks and issues
• Collaborate with the Product managers and other stakeholders to manage timeline and track implementation progress for the entire product development cycle, from pre-launch to post-launch
• Ensure completion of product launch signoffs, record management of all relevant documents and post-launch review under Product Management
• Identify areas of optimisation and improvements by deconstructing issues and proposing solutions for future improvement
