Nutrition Support:

• Provides nutrition assessment, nutrition support, counselling and education to customers and carers individually or in groups.

• Provides intervention in therapeutic diets for special dietary requirements.

• Participates in delivery of nutrition education programmes for customers, public and health care professionals and staff.

• Conduct or work with contract manufacturer for efficacy assessment, literature review, product trial and testing.

• Work with contract manufacturers for safety assessment and stability study of products.

• Define critical attributes of final products, work with Quality team to finalise product master specifications and list of required lab tests.

• Work with HSA to finalise label text of products and with designer for packaging design.

• Technical resource for Regulatory Affairs, including providing technical document such as formula, raw material COA, efficacy, stability and safety information.

• Research market prices, create accurate product costing data and propose product pricing.

• Present new product for management’s review.

• Minimum qualification is a Degree in Dietetics

• Must have at least 2 years of clinical work experience

• Bilingual in English & Mandarin (to manage documentations in Chinese language & communicate with mandarin speaking employees)

Purpose and Scope

• Responsible for M&E services proposals for building and infrastructure projects encompassing conducting feasibility studies, resolution of technical issues, conceptual design, writing of specifications, budgeting, programming, procurement, design review, safety and quality assurance.
