Marketing Assistant Manager Job Description

Our company is looking to hire a marketing assistant who will be working closely with our marketing team to develop and implement marketing plans and strategies for our brands. As a successful hire, you will be tasked with helping identify marketing trends and opportunities for growth, as well as creating marketing materials such as white papers and case studies. You will be giving presentations about our ongoing campaigns and provide administrative support to our marketing and sales teams.

To be chosen for this role, you must have a bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field. Prior work experience in administration, sales, or marketing is a plus. Effective written and verbal communication skills and a high level of attention to detail are both important keys to success in this role.

Marketing Assistant Manager Responsibilities:

• Collaborating with the marketing manager, internal teams, clients and partners on marketing strategy.
• Helping identify marketing trends and key opportunities for innovation.
• Learning and working with various types of software for digital marketing.
• Working closely with sales and marketing department.
• Creating marketing materials such as white papers, case studies, and presentations.
• Giving presentations.
• Maintaining a marketing database.
• Providing administrative support to the marketing and sales team.
• Preparing, formatting and editing a range of documents.
• Understanding company product and brand.
• General office duties.
• Creating and interpreting a variety of reports.
• Organizing market research.
• Analyzing questionnaires and other forms of feedback.
• Updating social media accounts.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the director.

Marketing Assistant Manager Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or related field.
• Administration or sales and marketing assistant experience.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• A high level of attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively within a team and independently.
• Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.
• Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Good organization skills.
• Related job and internship experience.

• The ability to work under pressure.
• Availability to work within opening hours (e.g. evenings, holidays, weekends).

Job Responsibilities

• To ensure operational effectiveness and efficiency within reconciliation and to alert management to any control weakness and appropriate actions required on a timely basis.
• To understand and review existing end-to-end operational processes to identify inefficiencies and possible improvements & liaise with various internal and external parties to implement.
• To assist the manager in proper documentation of key processes, workflows and controls in reconciliation.
• To assist in design, preparation and automation of management and analysis reports
• To be SME for reconciliation system and particularly to ensure transactions are uploaded into systems timely and completely.
• To assist in performing reconciliation of various balance sheet accounts. Ensure all reconciling items are properly explained, followed-up and closed within reasonable timeline.
• To ensure all transaction are properly accounted for in timely manner as well as ensuring all reconciling items are properly explained, follow-up and closed within reasonable timeline.
• To participate in ad-hoc projects and tasks as and when assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of finance operations within the financial industry
• Possess a Bachelor Degree in Accountancy or Finance

Private Chauffeur

Salary: $ 3,500 to $4,000

Working Hours: 5 days (Mon - Fri), 8am - 6pm
Working Location: Orchard

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide chauffeuring services to Managing Director and director's families.
• Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and maintenance of the vehicle always and schedule for regular car servicing.
• Save petrol and drive with safety as a priority.
• Abide by all traffic regulations, laws, and ordinances while driving.
• Do not leave and drive out of work without permission.
• Any other ad-hoc works assigned.

Requirements:

• Valid Class 3 driving license
• Clean traffic records
• Experienced with Singapore roads and landmarks.
• Experienced driving luxury cars is a must (Benz, Bentley, Lexus).
• At least 5 years driving experience.
