Key Responsibilities:

-Conduct cold calls and sales visits to prospects.

-Prepare monthly sales reports.

-Promote air and ocean freight services.

-Meet sales targets and acquire new clients.

-Manage daily sales and logistics tasks.

-Ensure customer satisfaction and smooth freight operations.

-Perform market research to expand the customer base.

-Handle ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Manager.

Requirement:

-Nitec/Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Shipping, or related field.

-Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

-Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work under pressure.

-Independent and team player.

-Proficient in Microsoft Office.

-Minimum 2 years of sales experience in logistics.

-Bilingual in English and Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking associates).

-Prior shipping sales experience is a plus.

Responsibilities :

• Oversee all architectural works on site

• Attend meeting with client’s representative and consultants

• Feedback to drafting and design teams on updates and developments during meetings.

• Review project specifications, technical clarifications and construction drawings

• Carry out architectural work scheduling, material requisition, cost control, project supervision and documentation

Requirements

• Recognised Degree in Architectural Discipline / BOA

• 3-5 years experience in architectural finishing works in Singapore

• Competent in Autocad/BIM

Responsibilities

• Prepare drawings, tender and design documents for preliminary, construction and as-built status.
• Coordinate architectural drawings and works, prepare, submit and update status of authorities’ submission and inspections.
• Plan all drawing request to meet submission deadlines and maintain softcopy of archive drawings and documents.
• Coordinate with Architect, consultants and authorities to ensure works and submissions are compliant with authorities’ codes and regulations.
• Review rough sketches, drawings and specifications received from Architect / consultants to ensure they conform to design concept.

Requirements
