• Liaise with clients, suppliers and transport companies
• Strong knowledge of warehousing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Audit and report inventory while making recommendations on which items to order and restock
• Monitor workplace performance and lead training initiatives to improve employees
• oversee the planned maintenance of vehicles or forklift within the warehouse

Duties include responsible for facilitating and supervising day to day operations at a store and work along side with store managers, dispathcers and drivers effectively to make sure entire operation run smoothly and drivers able to achive delivery on time (DOT)

1. Learn and familiarize dedicated transport management system

2. Assign and optimize best routes for driver to ensure utmost optimal path are allocating for each drivers

3. Allocating task for dispatchers and make sure they execute task accodingly

4. When in need, you will need to fill in despatcher role including

4.1 Scanning QR code

4.2 Collecting totes and cooler box from basement to dispatch area

4.3 Loading goods from dispatch area to loading bay at basement for drivers to collect

5. Monitoring and ensure each driver load all the goods to van before leaving for delivery

6. Ensure all failed delivery from driver return to the person in charge at the store

7. Communiate and sync with other store managers and person in charge on dedicated communication platform to ensure operation run smoothly

8. Maintain dispatcher job results by coaching, planning, monitoring and appraising job results

What does the role involve?

Strategy

• Taking client briefs, challenging them, and developing them into inspiring and informative internal briefs. Keep abreast of new trends and developments and share them with the rest of the team and company regularly.
• Keep abreast of new trends and developments and sharing those with the rest of the team and company on a regular basis, with an eye to how this impacts and implicates the work we do for existing and potential clients.
• You will be responsible for turning ideas into well-rounded, strategically-sound, deliverable plans that you lead and write, collaborating with others in the team to encompass audience insights, trend analysis, marketing/media executions, timings and budgets.

Creativity

• Drive the conception and development of innovative on-brief digital ideas for clients and/or new business, from bigger campaign themes to smaller execution/technology-led ideas. You should be able to guide and lead the ideas-generation process, identifying and building on any ideas from other people within the agency. Having a pulse on new trends, developments, emerging platforms, and a sense of potential possibilities will also set you up for success in this role.

Client Management

• Articulate plans for clients in written and spoken form - writing and giving clear presentations. Once ideas are sold-in, you will then be the guardian of that plan, ensuring it's delivered in a way that remains on-brief and in-line with the agreed vision. This involves working closely with those implementing all elements, from designers, to developers to marketing managers.

Research and Analysis

• We are looking for creative problem-solvers so intellectual curiosity is a must. You will need to have a decent to good understanding of research approaches (on and offline) and be able to apply these approaches to uncover breakthrough insights that can drive our client business forward.
• Tools we use include: Brandwatch, Global Web Index, Sysomos, Synthesio, Crimson Hexagon and Euromonitor
• Research approaches we use include: social listening, ethnography, fieldwork, interviews, semiotics

Effectiveness

• Keen focus and understanding of how client business works and ability to develop strategic approaches clearly designed to help grow clients’ brands and achieve their business objectives.
• Good understanding of marketing and social effectiveness and how to design for performance, measure, and track success both qualitatively and quantitatively.

New Business 

• You will also play a vital part in new business development, meeting prospective clients, presenting credentials, taking briefs and leading pitches. So you will be excited by the prospect of developing the agency as a business, pushing us into new areas, selling our ideas and approaches to new clients from new sectors.

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in agencies.
• Previous creative agency experience in Strategy/Planning capacity, ideally within a digital agency

On the XXX Search Team, you' ll have the opportunity to build a full-stack search engine system and combine information retrieval technology with modern machine learning methods from related fields such as NLP, Computer Vision, Multimodal, and Recommender Systems. - Optimize the searching quality to provide XXX's users thee best search experience

- Combine your understanding of product objectives and take full advantage of modern machine learning, NLP and Multimodal techniques to improve the search ranking algorithms, including query understanding, video understanding and various levels of result ranking.

- Bachelor degree or above in the field of computer science or a related technical discipline
