Responsibilities
- Create and maintain a detailed view of the existing architecture.
- Establish architectural controls to ensure the correct technical solutions are used when delivering business solutions.
- Expert in integrations with 3rd party applications
- Recommend emerging technology & process enhancements.
- Analyze the impact of new requirements.
- Resolve technical escalations, including responding to defects.
- Participate in process & requirement workshops, providing expertise on best practices & emphasizing streamlined processes & systems.
- Manage all updates, enhancements, patches, and environment changes with the ServiceNow platform.
- Partner to identify and resolve technical issues.
- Consult with Product Owner on Strategy, Design and Engineering of Platform
- Create target state vision through designs, standards, and patterns.
- Assess technical debt for criticality and scope.
- Advise implementation design to ensure alignment with best practice and scalability.
- Identify and communicate platform capabilities and opportunities for platform roadmaps.
- Review and approve new standards, patterns, and practices.
- Collaborate with stakeholders including developers, product owners, technology leadership, business consumers and technical governance.
- Contribute to community forums and communities of practice within the company.
- Participate in SCRUM activities: Understand team’s deliverables and communicate prioritized list of work to be delivered.
Experience
1. Preferred ServiceNow CTA (Certified Technical Architect) certifications
2. Proven track record of successfully designing and implementing complex ServiceNow solutions in large-scale enterprises
3. Experience with ServiceNow Common Service Data Model (CSDM) and ServiceNow Sprints for agile project delivery
4. At least 5 successful implementations of ServiceNow
5. In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture, modules, and capabilities
6. Expertise in ServiceNow ITSM Pro, CSM, FSM, ITOM Pro, SPM, ITAM, IRM, and CMDB.
7. Proficiency in scripting languages (JavaScript, GlideScript) and integration technologies (REST, SOAP, JSON, XML)
8. Experience with ServiceNow CMDB, Discovery, Orchestration, and automation tools.
9. Ability to design GenAI Now Assist solutions and Performance Analytics Dashboards
10. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with analytical and problem-solving abilities
11. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
12. Leadership skills with the ability to mentor and guide team members
