• Do month-end closing activities.
• Enter accurate data into the accounting system on time.
• Preparation and submission of GST returns quarterly
• Assisting in variance analysis, budgeting, management reporting and inventory management
• Get reports from the accounting system for use.
• Keep accurate financial records and statements.
• Record and process all business transactions.
• Record transactions and events about inventory, accruals, prepayments, capital structure and finance costs.
• Record transactions and events about sales, purchases, receivables, payables and cash.
• Use the appropriate information technology (IT) systems and tools for data analysis.
• Prepare reports for management when required

Job Requirement:

• Accounting/Business/Economics related qualification required
• Good working knowledge of ERP system is an advantage
• Well-versed in MS Office, especially MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word
• A self-starter who can plan, organise and take initiative to meet job objectives and deadlines independently
• Can-do attitude, driven and passionate about work
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proven experience in accounting is an advantage

Our client is a leading player in the steel industry, providing cutting-edge solutions for offshore projects across the APAC region. As part of their continued expansion, they are seeking a FPSO Commercial Head to lead the commercial strategy for their FPSO (Floating Production, Storage, and Offloading) projects, driving growth and profitability in the offshore sector.

Key Responsibilities:

· Commercial Strategy: Develop and execute the commercial strategy for FPSO projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and revenue targets.

· Contract Management: Oversee all commercial contracts, including negotiations, tender processes, and contract execution, ensuring favorable terms and conditions.

· Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the FPSO sector, expanding the company’s market presence in the APAC region.

· Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.

· Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for growth in the offshore steel and FPSO space.

Qualifications:

· Engineering Background: Must hold a degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. A commercial/business degree (MBA) would be advantageous.

· Experience: 10-15 years of relevant experience in Offshore FPSO projects, with a strong focus on the commercial aspects (contracts, pricing, and negotiations).

· Industry Knowledge: Extensive experience in the steel and offshore industries, with specific expertise in FPSO operations.

· Leadership: Demonstrated experience leading commercial teams and managing large-scale FPSO projects.
